You'll be just a few steps from the Gulf of Mexico, and within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, and beach rentals of all sorts.
Step inside to find a luxurious remodeled living space with lots of lights. After a long day in the sun, you can relax with a book on the leather sofa, watch the large flatscreen TV, or head outside to the pool area to sip a refreshing cocktail.
Begin each morning with a fresh coffee in the kitchen, where you'll find modern countertops, all stainless steel appliances, and an adjacent dining table with seating for eight.
As many as eight guests will sleep soundly in this three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and a twin size bed as well, a flatscreen TV, ceiling fan, and a modern bathroom with a ceramic tile shower. The two guest rooms have queen size beds and one of them has twin size bed, flat screen TVs and ceiling fans. The condo also features fast wireless internet.
A favorite among families and friends, beach-lovers, and water sports enthusiasts, South Padre Island is a wonderful Texas escape in every season. Spend your days walking on the beach, taking a few surfing or kiteboarding lessons, or cooling off at the local Beach Water Park three miles south. We had a wonderful stay. Met other snowbirds on our walks to the beach and restaurants. Clean place, quiet neighbors. Hot tub was to chilly to use. Next time for that. Thanks!
The home did look exactly as pictured… if the pictures were taken several years ago. Definitely some maintenance needed to get it back in that condition. However, it was very spacious, tons of storage, super close to the beach, and our host responded quickly, whenever I reached out. We had a great time, and I especially enjoyed our family meals at the large dining table! Great memories…
If you are planning a trip to SPI, this is the place for your group! After an 8.5 hour drive from Dallas, it was refreshing to open the door and be met with such a beautiful layout! The cleanliness and freshness immediately made us feel relaxed, and as we continued to explore the property, it did not disappoint! I am a person that enjoys the small things and you could tell the owners paid attention to every little detail. The layout of the rooms were very accommodating as we travelled with 2 children. The kitchen made you want to prepare the grandest of meals! I have zero complaints about this condo! If I find myself traveling to SPI again, I will most definitely book this condo! Our stay at this location was incredible! The check in process was super easy as well as checking out. The property was bright and open and had several options for sleeping. Our favorite item was the large table in the dining room for card games and hanging out with family. We will for sure rent this property again in the future.
This place was amazing. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipment with everything needed to cook and eat. We would definitely stay here again.

What makes this property unique
Awesome 3 bedroom! Close to everything! Walk to the beach or to main street. Close to restaurants, bars, and nightlife! It's walking distance to the beach, which my wife and I enjoy it very much. It is also very close to some good restaurants such as PadreRitaGrill and Blackbeards and to the local supermarket, the Blue Marlin
