We welcome you to Dolphin Views, where the land and sea meet, in the stunning location of Dolphin Point.



Dolphin Views offers the following:



The downstairs bedroom and bathroom has been renovated to accommodate a wheelchair. This room offers a double bed, built in robe and ceiling fan



Fully equipped open plan kitchen with island bench/ breakfast bar with 4 seats and the room looks out toward the ocean. The kitchen has a microwave, electric oven and cooktop and cooking basics.



Dining table seats 8 and there is a highchair for the little one. This room has air conditioning, TV, books and games.



Lounge room has 4 and 2 seater lounges, TV, DVD and air conditioning



Front Deck has an outdoor setting for 6, shade sails and stunning ocean views



Back Deck has an outdoor setting for 10 guests and looks out to a grassed backyard.



Garage is available to guests, this has a pingpong table, outdoor shower and laundry facilities.



Please note, This property is not pet friendly and does not provide wifi.

Main bathroom (Upstairs) has a bath, shower and separate toilet.



Bathroom (Downstairs) Shower with helping handle and toilet.



The property is self-contained and linen is supplied. Should you want more bath towels you will need to bring extras. One towel is provided for each guest. You need to bring Beach towels.



Guests are required to bring all personal, pantry and toiletry items as minimal items are supplied and vary at each property. This includes toilet paper.



Please note a Pre-Authorisation form will be emailed to you prior to your arrival. This form is mandatory and will need to be completed prior to you receiving your access instructions. Please call our office directly if you have any questions or concerns regarding this.



This property has a strict no party policy. Booking guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property. Or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Enjoy all that Burrill Lake has to offer with amazing cafes, bakery, and cellars but most of all the coastal chill vibe. Take a walk around the lake or a quick 5 min walk to the beach. This family friendly area has two kids parks in walking distance and if your up for a bit of fishing there are public jetties surrounding the lake with great boat ramps.



Other Things to Note:

Dolphin Views provides serviced linen - however this does NOT include beach towels.

Wifi is NOT provided at this property.

Guests are required to bring all pantry, personal and toiletry items, including additional toilet paper for the length of their stay.
