This elegant home in Pacific Grove has views of the ocean and golf course, located in the Pacific Grove Beach tract neighborhood. Almost 100% newly constructed/remodeled with high-end materials, the house is modern, beautiful, and simply designed to provide a peaceful atmosphere. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, family room with TV and gas fireplace, second story deck with lots of good ocean views, kitchen with a breakfast nook/bar, large dining table, back patio for BBQ-ing and relaxing, etc. Master bedroom is private and huge with walk-in closet and marble in the bathroom.
Just a few minute's walk to the beach, the lighthouse, cafe, golf course. A five minute drive to downtown Pacific Grove, with coffee shops, restaurants, theater, gift shops, bank, post office, etc.

At night, listen to the sounds of the ocean, seagulls, and sometimes even the seals!

Beautiful home!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house was open and light. It had all of the amenities we needed and more. We especially liked the upstairs living area with the gas fireplace. The view of the ocean was perfect from there. We would definitely stay again.

Brad was accommodating for our check in time, house was in a good location very close to downtown Pacific Grove as well as the water. Spacious and clean house. Few ants in the kitchen is the only complaint if any. Would stay there again.

Absolutely perfect!!

This house has obviously been updated very recently! Everything looks new and modern. The owners thought of everything. They had stocked the house with all the necessities. The kitchen has great cookware and spices available for use. I've stayed in several VRBO properties and this one is, by far, the absolute best. It really made our stay in the Monterey area even better. Thank you to Brad and his wife!

Beautiful house for Monterey stay

This is a quick family get together, we started with 4 people, but luckily the house had 3 well appointed bedrooms to accommodate another family member. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Pacific Grove, and Monterey. Three good sized bedrooms and a well appointed kitchen, plus a very large upstairs living room, and the view is awesome. The owner was easy to deal with and very responsive, we would love to stay there again if our travels take us to the Monterey Bay again. This house has a very large master bedroom, it would be great even as a romantic weekend retreat for 2 people, a large tv just outside the bedroom with a gas fireplace. Just 3 blocks from the beach, what could be better. And if you like to play golf, it's a short walk to Pacific Grove Golf LInks.

Pro: 3 blocks from the beach and 1 mi from Cannery row. Con: Can't park on the street. Can't park in the garage. No locks in any bath rooms. Tiny charcoal grill prevented us from cooking for more than 3 people in one pass. Very limited towels and no extra blankets. These minor inconveniences would have been nice to know before we rented the places. Even the guest bathroom next to the front door didn't have a lock.

Wonderful place for our family reunion of 6 adults.

This house is located in a quiet part of Pacific Grove. It is only 3 blocks from the ocean, and faces a golf course. It is completely nice and quiet, but so close to the ocean that you literately just walk down the street and be on the board walk in a few minutes. The owner did a lot of upgrades to the house, so all rooms are spacious and comfortable. The upstair master bathroom even has floor warmer, which is such a nice feature. The kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials, which is so nice that we did not need to worry about bringing in our own oil or salt and pepper. For the 4 nights that we stayed we cooked 3 dinners at the house. All family members participated in making meals and we had a memorable Christmas Eve dinner. Overall we had a wonderful experience staying in this clean and comfortable house. Brad, the owner, is easy to work with. We highly recommend anyone who is coming to Pacific Grove to stay at this property. 5 stars, no questions.

Our group of three couples raved over our stay this week. Location: excellent for golfers since it is across the street from the Pacific Grove golf course. We even walked to the club's full service restaurant for lunch and sat on the deck. The ocean was also within walking distance. The house itself was spacious and looks totally new. Although we drew straws to choose the bedrooms but it didn't matter since they were all just fine.. We had sunny and warm weather so we enjoyed the deck with it's ocean views. We prepared a Mexican meal in the well stocked kitchen and ate around the large dining room table and used it to play games. Our only complaint the entire time was that there was no blender we could find to make margaritas. The wifi worked well. There were three Starbucks within 2 minutes which pleased the early riser in our group. Comfy mattresses and huge showers. We were a bit skeptical when we saw the house next door had been gutted and was being rebuilt but the workers didn't start too early and the construction noise did not bother us even though I am a light sleeper. Thanks so much Brad! We really hope to find time to repeat this trip together and will look for your house first!

Wonderful retreat!

Beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood a few blocks from the ocean. Exceptionally clean and comfortable with every amenity provided. Communication with owner excellent. This is our second stay here and look forward to returning ! Floor plan is perfect for two couples as there is a master suite upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs with a separate bath and another half bath. Kitchen is fully equipped. You won’t want to leave!!!

The house is a bit outdated and urgently needs a renovation. Some doors of the kitchen do not close. Beds have been laid through. What is not mentioned is that a house is being built next door, so there is a lot of noise. The location of the house is great. There is not enough hot water, it is not enough for bathing, only for showering. The plastic chairs for the outside area are not nice. Communication with the landlord (Brad) is great.

Gorgeous Home Within Walking Distance to Beach

This was one of the most peaceful stays we’ve had at Pacific Grove since starting our family tradition to reserve homes instead of hotel rooms. Great location close to the beach which we walked 3 short blocks to. The upstairs balcony has a serene view of the ocean. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath was plenty spacious for our party of five. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots & pans, and other kitchenware for us to enjoy some home cooked meals. From online reservations to final checkout, our host Brad was easy to communicate with and attentive to our requests. Thank you, Brad, for a great stay and vacation for my family.

Perfect Pacific Grove

The pictures for this house are great, but in person it is even more amazing. The location was fantastic. We were able to walk to the beach, and we were just a few mins to anything else we needed. We felt as if we were in another world. I have stayed in many rentals, but they took everything a step beyond! The house was labeled in the kitchen, so you could find what you needed easily, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. Not to mention the master bath had the most amazing bathtub and heated floors!!! And to see the ocean from the upstairs balcony was fantastic. This place was clean and beautiful. There are a lot of deer in the neighborhood, so watch where you drive! This rental was beyond what I could have ever wanted! Just perfect. Easy to check in and feel right at home. We would absolutely stay there again

Great location and clean house!

The house is in a great location! Just a couple blocks from the beach! We enjoyed walking to the beach and seeing all the activity going on with the various sea-life. I highly recommend staying here. Only a few minutes from all the shops and restaurants, but very quiet. Amazed to see all the deer just walkingn around the neighborhood and gold course.

Pacific Grove Perfection.

This VRBO is sheer perfection in every way. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is amazing. The neighbors are amazing! Very short walk to ocean! Wraparound views of the ocean from the 2nd-story deck, you can hear the ocean too! The entire house is tastefully decorated and VERY neat and clean. The bedrooms are beautiful, the kitchen fully stocked. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals. The landscaping is beautiful as well. I loved that the lights in the bathrooms were on motion sensors...no more fumbling for light switches in the dark. The upstairs sitting room is so comfortable, and the fireplace keeps the room warm and cozy. Everything in this house was upscale and lovely, yet it still felt warm and inviting, not at all sterile. This is a home I would love to spend at least a month in! Pacific Grove has been our home away from home for at least 35 years, I hope this will be the place we stay whenever we visit the peninsula. Thank you Brad for this wonderful experience! I probably forgot so much I wanted to say about this property...I can't seem to get past the word "perfection." 5-stars are not enough for this fabulous property.
