Set just metres from the beach, Bunker Bayhouse is designed for both relaxation and adventure. A private boardwalk leads you straight to the sand, while the Cape to Cape walking trails, whale-watching spots, and stunning coastal landscapes are all within easy reach.

As part of the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort, guests have access to a range of premium facilities. Take a refreshing dip in the heated infinity pool, work out in the fully equipped gym, or challenge friends and family to a game on the tennis courts—tennis racquets are provided for your use. After a morning at the beach, head to Ilma, located metres from the sand, where you can enjoy breakfast, coffee, or a leisurely lunch with uninterrupted ocean views.

Award winning Ilma Beach House restaurant is just a short walk down the beach from the property. Ilma is open Thursday - Monday and offers daily breakfast, coffee, and lunch. This is a beautiful dining option, set right on the beach, with stunning views and Mediterranean inspired meals.

Inside, the home is styled like a boutique retreat, with air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms that offer privacy and comfort. Each room opens onto a private courtyard, creating a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The large living area is bathed in natural light, with soaring ceilings and glass doors that open onto a spacious verandah and timber deck, where you can relax while overlooking the conservation wetland. Expect visits from blue wrens, ducklings, and even the occasional kangaroo.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a Nespresso pod machine for morning coffee, and a large dining table for shared meals. A wood fire adds warmth during the cooler months, making this home an inviting getaway year-round.

The sleeping arrangements cater to extended families or multiple couples, with three king bedrooms (each with an ensuite) and a flexible fourth bedroom with four singles. A full laundry is available and a secure double garage and driveway provide parking for four cars.
