Bunker Bay sits at the end of a peninsula beneath the Cape Naturaliste lighthouse, close to the Pullman Resort, a small cluster of holiday homes, and the Dunsborough town centre. Step out the door and follow your private boardwalk straight to the pristine beach. Spend the day swimming, paddling in the provided kayaks, or riding the waves with boogie boards available for use.
Inside, a light-filled living area features a curved ceiling and wraparound windows that frame the surrounding trees, anchored by a wood fire for cooler nights. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and a Nespresso machine—ideal for morning coffee before a beach day. This central space flows into a covered outdoor dining area and open verandah overlooking a private paperbark wetland reserve, home to native wildlife including quendas, ringtail possums, kangaroos, frogs, ducks, and birds.
Four ensuite bedrooms open onto the private courtyard, offering comfort and seclusion for families or groups. Sleeping arrangements include three king bedrooms and a flexible fourth with a king bed and two singles. A full laundry ensures convenience for longer stays.
