This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on Sixth Street (The Causeway) and boasts a private fenced yard and private heat optional pool. This home comes with access to the Cabana Club; its private beach, large pool, bar and grill and is within walking distance to this home.

- Maximum Occupancy: 7 guest (includes adults and children of any age)

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

Our stay was fantastic from start to finish! Communication with our host was perfect. The amenities were wonderful, especially the private heated pool. Our kids really enjoyed fishing in the canal all week, as well. The location was also amazing! We were within 10-15 minutes of several wonderful restaurants and activities for the whole family. We can't wait to go back!

Very Nice Place Plenty of Room

It was a nice place to stay. The best about this house other than the location that it has 3 bedrooms with King/King/Queen which works perfectly for adults. House was clean, check in easy, great location, close to Key Colony Club. Enough parking for 3 cars. Nice pool

Spring Break

Perfect size for our family of 4 adults and 1 child. We LOVED the manatees and wildlife outside our back door. My only complaint would be the beds are really hard. Would stay there again for sure.

We had a wonderful week in the keys! Love this house? It was clean & had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation . The pool is awesome, we loved fishing off the dock, Kayaking & being right on the water. The location is great & loved having access to the beach. Will definitely rent this house again.

LOVED the house & location!

We loved our stay at this property! The house was perfectly located in the middle of the Keys to get wherever we wanted with only a short drive. Marathon was awesome! We really enjoyed the pool and the view of the canal. The house was very clean & had everything we needed for our week stay. Highlight of the trip was seeing a manatee in the canal right at the property. Fishing, sightseeing, shopping, animal scouting was just a few of the highlights of our trip! Looking forward to coming back.

Return to Key Colony Beach.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The pool was the best part, as we often spent the evenings after supper floating and catching up. We were given notice that the house supplies ( toilet paper , trash bags , hand soap) were limited and any excess needed would be up to us. It would have been convenient to have more supplies readily available. Having some kitchen supplies ( sandwich bags etc). would have been nice too.

Key Colony

Nice house and location in Key Colony. Sparse on supplies as far as essentials; toilet paper, and paper towels. The linens as the bath and beach towels are very worn/torn with stains. Time to upgrade! We had to pay extra for pool heat and it was not turned on till the day after we arrived. I had to call. We also per management request had to add water daily for there was a leak.

Please note, we provide several “starter” items i.e. dish soap, trash bags, rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods and dish washer pods, as a courtesy to give guests time to go the grocery store to purchase any additional provisions they may need for the week. We also keep a full inventory of bed linens and towels in our office, in the event guests inform us these items are worn, or in need of additional linens during their stay. We are surprised to read in your review these items needed attention, as this was not mentioned during your stay. We do apologize the pool heater was not on prior to your stay, this was an oversight, but are glad we were able to turn it on as soon as you called. Additionally, water in heated pools evaporates quickly and we ask all guests to keep a close eye on the pool water level during their stay to ensure the pool equipment operates properly for the duration of their visit.

Wonderful escape to sunny Florida.

Loved the central location of Marathon in order to access the other activities on the Keys. We enjoyed the pool several times a day, and we were glad we paid the extra for the heating. Loved the access to the Keys Cabana Beach and larger pool. I left some basic supplies for future renters, such as paper towels, toilet paper, detergent laundry pods, and plastic bags. Highly recommend this unit and plan to rent again in the future.

Great house

The house was great. Only gripe is that when you stay on causeway you can't bring your boat out of water until Saturday morning. If you are renting a boat this is a perfect house. Very clean. Well taken care of.

Great house

We come fo KCB yearly and this is our favorite house so far. Spacious, nice, and having our own pool was awesome. Perfect place for me, my husband, 3 year old, and 3 month old. Very close to the Cabana Club and playgrounds. On the main road but far enough down that it’s not annoying. Hated to leave as always!

Excellent location and house

We had a wonderful time at this house. The kids loved the pool and looking for creatures in the canal. We saw manatees, sharks, a ray, lobsters, and even an octopus. The location was perfect for boating - just a zip from the house to the ocean.

Great house, location and extras but pool as junky.

The house location, size and amenities were great. House was stocked with everything you could need from kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and blender/food processor. Plenty of towels for both the pool and the bathrooms. The lack of attention to detail as far as simply making sure someone else’s hairs weren’t all over the bathroom floors and bathroom carpets etc could be improved on. The couch and chair could use a steam cleaning but no biggie there. Other than that it was to satisfaction. The pool is the reason for only 3 stars... it was perfect size but it’s in drastic need of being resurfaced. The thick border titles on the steps have deep pockets of worn out grout and my 7 yr old sliced open the bottom of his foot getting out. The pool bottom and sides were as smooth as a rock asphalt road that had spent year wearing away. If you were simply floating.... it’d be fine but we spent the whole week waiting for a pool to get warm that couldn’t get warm bc it was being filled by hose because of a leak. The pool was the biggest excitement part of the house but was also the biggest let down. My boys knuckles (both hands and feet) calves and bottoms of feet payed the price and we just started taking them out in the bay to swim instead. Again I’d love to give the house a better review but I have to be honest as a parent. Extra caution should be taken with kids in the pool. The filter on the bottom wasn’t even screwed on completely so we had to keep the kids away from that as well. If these things were rectified we’d certainly consider staying again.

Thank you for your review. We always appreciate feedback regarding our properties, however, we are surprised that none of the issues mentioned above were reported during your visit. We stress to all guests upon arrival to immediately report any issues, including cleaning issues, pool issues and most importantly any safety issues. We have completed a thorough inspection of the pool and found no such issues exist. However, based on the level of concern in your review, we did a precautionary epoxy of the stairs. This is a heavily rented home and to this point there have been no reports of cleaning issues or safety concerns with the pool. It is critical to report issues immediately, not only so that we can address them immediately, but most importantly to ensure you have a positive experience that meets all of your expectations. Beautiful!!!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at the property. My husband rented a center console and was able to keep it at the dock for a few days. We enjoyed the wonderful weather, bike riding, the pool and boating. It was a week in our favorite place to vacation. We love the Florida Keys and this home really made us feel right at home in paradise. Thank you so much :)

Excellent stay and family vacation in the Keys

This house was fantastic! The pool was perfect for our kids and the water access for our boat was ideal. The house was well furnished, very clean, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was updated and very nice, the bathrooms were as well. It was very spacious and an ideal location. The check-in and check-out process were seamless. I highly recommend!
