Our home is a spacious peaceful retreat overlooking Pikes Peak.
With plenty of natural light, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Newly renovated modern kitchen with new appliances, including a gas stove, new bathrooms, and a New Deck!
Our cozy Den includes an easy-to-use gas fireplace, and 55" flat screen.
Our large backyard is complete with a tree fort and a fire pit. Enjoy breakfast in our nook, or a quiet cup of coffee or tea on our deck, both of which look toward the Rocky mountain range.
Two 55" 'Roku flat screen smart tv's' (1 in the den, 1 in the basement) with antennas for local tv stations (in addition to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Sling, etc.). We also have a few different video game systems, and complimentary hi-speed wifi.
Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood in the desirable Briargate area of Colorado Springs. Minutes from shopping, parks, swimming pools and restaurants.
Our home is less than 30 minutes from these world famous attractions!:
Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Santa Land, The Olympic Training Center, Airforce Academy, Cheyenne Mt. Zoo, The Broadmoor Hotel, Historic Manitou Springs and Magnificent 'Seven Falls'.
We're also 2 hours or less from Pikes Peak and the best ski resorts in The Rockies, including: Breckenridge, Vail, Keystone., Monarch, and more.
1 hour from Downtown Denver and the Denver Airport, depending on traffic.
