Cozy place next to mineral springs

This is a privet house with 2 separate units. Great 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with parking and shared with another rental backyard which has divider for tenants privacy. Brand new , very clean and just renovated property. Only a short walk to famous warm mineral springs. Located in quite and safe area. Close to shops and restaurants. And a short drive to gulf beaches: Venice, Manasota beach and Siesta beach just to name a few!
This apartment is fully equipped kitchen with all accessories; a lovely and cozy living room with TV and entertainment channels. There’s Wifi throughout the house. We prefer to get booked for 3 winter months: January, February and March, or at least : January and February. Rest of the year any duration but no less than 5 nights.

Absolutely amazing place, just a short walk to Warm Mineral Spring Park and its Wonder Lake, and only minutes’ drive to shops and amenities. This was one of the cleanest houses I’ve ever rented. It was equipped with everything possible—and even things I didn’t expect. I was amazed by the great attention to every detail. Easy check-in and check-out, and excellent communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Very clan and enjoyable stay...

We had very good communication with Vira, she was very fast to reply to any questions. The house was very clean and everything worked very well. The location is near resturants and stores and anything else you could need. The house is about a half hour from the beach and the warm water mineral spring is down by the end of the street, great location... Thank you Vira can't wait to rent it again...

Quiet and Safe

My wife and I always try to make a trip to the Sarasota/Venice area in the Springtime to enjoy the local beaches and take in some Major League Baseball Spring Training games. Somehow shopping always gets involved in these trips too! Because we had a wedding to attend at the beginning of March, our planning / trip were delayed and we weren't sure we'd find a place in a timely manner. When we contacted Vira, she responded very quickly and provided information about the property. This house is split into two units and we were in the larger side with three bedrooms and two full baths with a really spacious Living Room and Kitchen. The home was really clean with the bathrooms looking to be recently remodeled. Everything we needed was supplied with the house, except food and change of clothes!!! : ) A really nice place to stay! Most importantly to us, the neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe as we spent our 7 days. If we had not met the tenant from the other unit outside, we really wouldn't have known we had another unit next to us. Located, literally two minutes from Highway 41 made it easy to get to the beaches, the shops and the restaurants that make it fun to visit this area.

RENTER BEWARE!!!!

The check is process was fine. However after being in the house 5+ hrs I started receiving threatening emails. She was upset about the children that were in the house. This was a surprise to me because our whole reason for the trip was a National Football Tournament at IMG in which our son's team was invited. I tried to explain to her that there was some kind of miscommunication, but she refused to listen and ordered us out of her property or she was going to call the police by 11am the following morning. I told her we would gladly leave and seek other arrangements once she returned the $$$ we had paid. Well needless to say she refused to return our money and the threating emails continued. Once Vira realized the threat of calling the police was not enough to get us to leave the house, she actually called them on us (3 women and 6 children under 10 yrs old). The police arrived around 9:30p and the children were scared out of their minds having seen the resent events of what happened to George Floyd and Breonna Taylor. However the police of North Port were very understanding and explained that as long as we had paid and she did not won't to refund our money then we had every right to stay unless Vira wanted to file a civil claim. But this did not remove the fear from our children that we could or would be killed, as they were crying and hiding under the beds after we returned in the house from speaking with the police officers. The week continued and we heard no more from Vira until Friday afternoon at 4p when our children were outside playing and she called saying she was getting complaints from her neighbor about the kids being outside playing. I don't see why the kids couldn't be outside at 4p in the afternoon playing as there was a swing set in the backyard and a basketball hoop at the end of the driveway. I can only imagine it was the TRUMP signs in the front yard of the neighbors house and the MELANIN in the skin of OUR BROWN BOYS that was the problem. I say all this to say this was my first and will be my last time using this site if these are the things they allow to happen to their customers. SO RENT WITH CAUTION!!!

First of everything this travels booked my property and were approved their stay for 3 adults. As an owner I provided all necessary information for comfortable move in and staying. When I realized through security camera instead of 3 adults moved in 4 adults plus 6!!! Kids (maximum occupancy 6) off course I started to sending emails it’s unacceptable and against house rules. If anyone would be happy?! Those people weren’t honest they started to blame me then VRBO who didn’t provide me correctly request off their booking but it’s not true because I have what you put and if they previously were trying to book for that many people no body approved their stay. I suggest to stay as booked or I will cancel reservation without any refund as they broke rules. Finally I canceled and requested to move out and call police when they denied.. I think any off us would not agreed with cheating people. Can anyone believe how did I feel when look at camera and see, hear noise at midnight and later at night, then during day when 6 kids played football in front of the house I just pray don’t get broken windows!!! I hardly was trying to be patient did not contact them and wait end of staying however when I started to receive my neighbors complaint about continuing noise I called them again to go with kids to the playground and off course no body care!!! It doesn’t matter what skin color you have or religious be honest!!!! It’s my negative experience ! Rate my house with 1 star because I disagree with your cheating?! As house owner provided clean equipped house as promised on website, no complaints of it!!!
