Living room overlooking deck and canal , sitting room overlooking the water, kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave , dishwasher - 2 full bathrooms , 3 queen sized bed bedrooms, 2 large living rooms , laundry room, in ground pool, 4 swimmies in garage, and bikes (4) adult, fishing poles, beach umbrellas, towel, cooler, beach blanket and a gas grill - propane is on the honor system - if there is some then use it if not then please replace - the shell station at the corner of north port Blvd and US -41 is 3 minutes away - refill for 20.00 - please no swimming in canal there are alligators in the canal - it's Florida. there is soap, toilet paper, and coffee provided enough for a few days until the guest can get to the store - public grocery store is 10 min away in cocoa plum plaza. 3 miles to warm miner springs, 45 minutes Jungle Gardens Sarasota, 75 minutes to Bush Gardens Tampa, 2.5 hours to Disney and 1 hour to Key West express out of fort Myers to the Keys
