TyRosa Ranch: incomparable comfort in the Texas Hill Country. It feels a million miles from the city while having all the comforts of a boutique hotel. Booking the entire property is great for wedding parties, rehearsal dinners, and retreats. Entertaining space includes patios, farm tables, fire pits and yard games! The two homes at TyRosa Ranch sleep 24 and are situated on 5 acres in the most beautiful setting while only 7 miles from downtown and close to wedding venues in Dripping Springs!

QUOTED RATES ARE FOR LODGING ONLY: For each additional guest beyond 16, an extra charge of $25 per night will apply. An additional fee applies for additional day visitors. If you intend to host a party or other function (Rehearsal dinner, Retreat, Wedding...), you will need to disclose this to us in advance and obtain written approval, including an agreement to all additional fees and terms.

Dog Pre-registered and approval is required + $45/dog/night + tax. Must crate if left alone. $150 Fee will be assessed for non-registered and may be asked to leave.

“The Bungalow” sits on top of a hill and has a balcony perfect for stargazing and beautiful sunsets. There are 2 outdoor farm tables with string lights. The garage can be converted to additional entertainment/dining space. There is a fire pit in the backyard great for a night under the stars with S’Mores.

“The Ranch house” has a two story great room with a large gathering table (seats up to 14 and more at the kitchen bar) and a covered porch lined with rocking chairs to enjoy morning coffee. There are 2 outdoor farm tables in front of the porch. The large fire pit is perfect for gathering family and friends.

Perfect getaway

My husband and I plus our wedding party stayed here, we had plenty of space for 14 adults and enjoyed the short walk between the homes. The property is beautiful, quiet, and a short drive to Dripping Springs.

Perfect for family reunion

This place is gorgeous. The owners have put time into making sure that the property is equipped with a ton of thoughtful details, like plenty of chairs for sitting around the firepit, well-labeled drawers and light-switches, plenty of amenities, well-stocked kitchen supplies, and so on. Plus, the scenery is just beautiful. Highly, highly recommend.

Great place for family gatherings!

We had an awesome time on this large property! The property was just as the pictures show. Everything was clean, and it was an overall pleasant experience. We had some issues with the plumbing one day, but they sent someone out quickly to repair the problem, and the communication was fast and professional.

TyRosa was great!

We had a lovely experiencing staying at TyRosa for our daughter's wedding weekend. It was only 7 mins away from the wedding venue! Communication was excellent! Everyone of in our family enjoyed themselves & felt very comfy. We will look to rent again in the future!

Great property

This was the perfect place for my son and his bride to house their wedding party. Having the two separate houses was nice. Everything was clean, functional and comfortable. Host was very accommodating to let the party check in early to one of the houses before the wedding rehearsal. It was much appreciated.
