Why they chose this property
We bought this property in 2005 when it converted to condos. We wanted to buy an investment property that would be easy for us to manage and that is close to our home. We love this location - we only have lived in 2 homes since we moved here and it has always been in this area, Northeast Scottsdale - close to the McDowell Mountains - there are many places to walk and hike; but we LOVE hiking Gateway Loop trail - the trails and views are spectacular. See last photo - we took that on one of our hikes - don't miss the opportunity to go and visit this trail - http://www.scottsdaleaz.gov/preserve

This is a ground floor unit - mountain views surround this property - this spacious, end/corner unit is close to the covered parking for ease in carrying in groceries - steps to pool, clubhouse, sauna, steam room, BBQ and Ramadas as well as putting green. The patio faces South with views of the entrance and walkways to the pool. Walk around the corner to AJ's Fine Foods Grocer, Starbucks, Flo's Asian Kitchen has a great bar and atmosphere, Chipotle Mexican Grill, Yogurt shop, sandwich shop, ATM's and bank... Cross the street and you will find Safeway Grocery Store, Hash Kitchen-excellent breakfast and lunch, Pita Jungle has great Mediterranean food and atmosphere, Barro's Pizza & Jack in the Box, Cold Stone Creamery...
