Beautiful, Oceanfront South Seas NW Condo with Stunning Views

Beachfront unit on 12th floor with southwest to northwest exposure. Our condo does not face other condos or the swimming pool and provides unparalleled peace, quiet and privacy. Enjoy fantastic views from the southern tip of Crescent Beach to the Isle of Capri. Every sunset is spectacular!

Unit, including balcony, is tiled throughout. Fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and all new cabinetry and appliances. Dining area seats six. One king size bed, one queen size bed and one full sleeper sofa. Bose Sound System, DVD player, three smart TVs and full wireless internet access are provided in the unit as are a large beach cart, beach chairs and umbrella and an assortment of swimming pool and beach toys!

This unit, with excellent views of Tigertail Beach, is a joy for nature lovers. Tigertail is "one of the world’s most important habitats for wintering and nesting shorebirds. Listed in the Great Florida Birding Trail Guide as one of the best all-around birding locations in southwest Florida. Explore the tidal lagoon that separates the Tigertail Beach Park from the Big Marco Pass Critical Wildlife Area popularly known as the Sand Dollar Spit. The lagoon is home to a wide variety of wildlife including horseshoe crabs, needle fish, Florida fighting conchs, and more."

The South Seas Club currently includes 6 tennis courts, 8 new pickleball courts, a putting green, 2 bocce ball courts, and shuffle board courts. There are 132 boat docks and 36 kayak racks, both with very reasonable rental rates.

A Great Stay!

My husband and I recently stayed in this beautiful condo for two weeks and were super comfortable there. The condo is very well equipped and nicely furnished. The owner is friendly and professional, and she contacted us after we arrived to make sure we were happy. We made it a nightly ritual to watch the beautiful sunsets on the comfortable balcony. We will definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

We loved everything about this condo. Spectacular view, super comfy bed, sparkling clean, well stocked with a great beach wagon. It’s a long walk to the beach so the wagon was very much appreciated. We hope to return to 1212 every year for as long as possible.

Beautiful South Seas Condo

We had a great time at this condo after a rough start. The condo had not been cleaned when we arrived. The owner, however, resolved the issue as quickly as possible. After the initial cleaning all went well. The condo is well maintained and all appliances worked well. The view of the Gulf is wonderful. We would stay again at this condo.

Amazing

This is a great condo in a great location in the building. It is located in a end unit which has a wrap around balcony that gives you great views. In the morning, sit outside with your coffee looking at the beach, in the evening sit on other side of balcony and watch the amazing sunsets. The condo is very well equipped and even has some great things for the beach. The owner Stacey is awesome and is always reachable and responds quickly with any questions you may have. This is a great place owned by a great person, dont pass it up! Thank you for renting to us, my daughters will have lasting memories!!

Brillant View of Tiger Tail Beach!

Absolutely gorgeous unit with extraordinary views from the 12th floor. The unit is beautifully remodeled and is well equipped. Walk to the beach is a bit long but that is expected at this location. Stacey, the owner, was great in letting us know what to expect upon arrival and how to go through the building protocols. It is turtle season so blinds closed and lights at minimum after 9pm. Check in and parking all went well. Great Job!

Vacation Dream

We stayed for a week with our family during spring break. The condominium was spotless and beautifully decorated. It had the most beautiful views and we loved the location. You could watch the sunset from the condo if you didn't want to be down at the beach. It was the perfect size for our family of 5. We enjoyed being able to walk to a few restaurants but the condominium was so comfortable and well stocked with everything you could need for cooking that we enjoyed buying local seafood and preparing it at the rental. We loved the walk to the beach and we were grateful for all the towels and chairs and beach toys! The owner was so delightful to communicate with and made herself available for any questions we had. We enjoyed being on the quiet end of the beach away from the crowds. We would absolutely recommend this unit and would definitely go back!

Glorious comfort and even better views

Over the years, I've taken my family many times to Marco Island. We've stayed in almost all the floor plans of the South Seas complex. In short, we are good judges of the properties in South Seas. Therefore, we know that this condo is likely more expensive than some of the offerings that you are seeing, but the views and pristine nature of this rental are well worth the added cost. We feel that our vacation times are rare and valuable and we are willing to spend a few bucks more to make it that much more enjoyable. Honestly, the views of sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico are sublime. I could feel the stress just oozing out of me as I watched and sipped. Magnificent. Stacey is wonderful to work with and she's on point to any concerns the renter might have. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from her again. In fact, I might just book for next year.

Beautiful Condo and location!

My family and I recently stayed here for our spring break and it was amazing! The condo is very clean and decorated beautifully! The owner Stacey is great -very responsive and helpful! She even checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and to see if we had any questions. They have everything there. Great pool and beach items to use and the condo itself has the most amazing view and wraparound huge balcony! My 9 and 13 year old sons loved it. My nine year old loved the pickle ball courts and the boogie boards for the beach. The shelling is amazing and the sunsets are gorgeous! I highly recommend staying here and we will definitely stay here when we go back to Marco again! The Tigertail lagoon has so much wildlife --you can sit right on the balcony and watch it. The osprey's hunt the fish and you see the fish jumping. There are heron's and egrets and turtles and sand crabs! It's wonderful!

Spectacular Views

My family has stayed in Marco Island a few times, but this was our first time at South Seas. The walk to the beach is longer than other places we have stayed, but the views from this condo made it all worthwhile! I looked forward to my morning coffee on the balcony each morning and then watching the sunset at night! My only regret was that I forgot to pack binoculars. The condo itself was clean and beautifully decorated. It had all the necessary items, including a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach equipment. There is no laundry in the unit, however I had zero issues using the facilities that were located down the hall. Stacey was great to work with. She let me know exactly what to expect during check in and check out. We had a question during our stay and Stacey responded quickly. I would definitely rent with her again. Thank you for a great week in paradise!

Marco Island

We loved our stay at this condo on Marco Island. It was the perfect location to the beach and to the town center. The views from the balcony and the windows was beautiful. It was perfect for just the two of us. It was clean, nicely decorated, and had all the necessary items in the well stocked kitchen that we needed. We highly recommend this property to others who are considering renting. You will not be disappointed. Stacey, the owner, texted us throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. One word of advice: read the paperwork from the real estate office as soon as you pick it up. It explains the different keys needed to use to enter the building. It was confusing at first until we read through all the paperwork. We are fussy where we stay as we like nice places. This place did not disappoint. And if you are traveling with children, there are plenty of beach toys to use and beach towels! Laundry is just down the corridor on the same level and was easy to use. There's a Walmart a few miles over the bridge in Naples. Worth the short drive as the Winn Dixie is very expensive! And it's a Super nice Walmart! We hope to return in the future to this condo!

Do we have to leave??

Stacey, your condo is fantastic! The view is incredible, in fact as much as we enjoy eating out on Marco Island, its tough justifying leaving for dinner out at the sunset is incredible. The condo has very nice decor, very clean and well maintained, and very comfortable (beds and couches). The only enhancement that we'd recommend, as we spend long hours on the beach at Tigertail, is some new, more comfortable beach chairs and a more robust umbrella to withstand the stiff (and refreshing) breeze that kicks up at times. These changes would move the experience from awesome to even better! Thanks for an awesome two weeks! Mike and Martha

Nice condo with a beautiful view. Condo was well equipped The unit overlooks Tigertail Park and the ocean. Very peaceful and safe area. Easy walk to a few restaurants. the condo is located just off the mail street that runs through Marco We would definitely stay there again. Our only need was nicer wine glasses!

Spectacular condo!!!

This gem of a condo is exquisitely appointed with great thought to comfort and detail, but the very best part is the PANORAMIC VIEW!!! We stepped into this gorgeous space and immediately fell in love! My husband and I are foodies and love frequenting all the best restaurants, but in the 10 days we stayed in Stacey’s condo we did not go to dinner once-nope not once-because we didn’t want to leave the gorgeous view! I mean- what restaurants would offer that kind of view with dinner?! So we simply ordered in and enjoyed our meals with soft dinner jazz while enjoying unparalleled views of the Gulf of Mexico. Thank you Stacey!!! We will be back! I cannot recommend this gorgeous spot highly enough! Plus- Stacey is AMAZING-so kind, responsive and helpful. A TOTAL WIN for sure! ❤️❤️❤️ Food notes- The Burrata salad with fried bread from Joeys pizza is the stuff of dreams!😁 Paradise fish market has wonderful grouper along with a splendid myriad of other seafood choices. Doreen’s is the perfect breakfast spot.❤️

Gorgeous view

Condo was beautiful and very well equiped. Stacey was easy to work with. Only negative thing about condo is it was long walk to beach so we usually sat on deck and enjoyed afternoon sun Would definitely recommend this condo and hope to return some day

Awesome Place! Sun, fun, and fine dining!

Had the time of my life in this perfect condo overlooking Tigertail Beach! I recommend this place very highly and look forward to spending time there again in the future. Marco Island is a tropical paradise and my wife and I are seriously considering retiring there ourselves. This place had it all, every amenity thinkable and restaurants that can't be beat. This place on this island in the sun will always have a warm place in my heart. By all means, check it out!
