As soon as you open the front door, the SEA is the first thing you SEE !!

Enjoy the direct ocean view of blue sea and sounds of waves from our lanai with small coffee table and 2 chairs to enjoy a morning cup of Kona Kava or to watch spectacular sunsets, as seen in photos !!

Living room has spectacular views of the ocean with large sliding glass doors/louvered window with screens for tropical ocean breezes, 52” palm leaf ceiling fan for comfort, velour L shaped sectional couch, 55" flatscreen TV with basic Spectrum cable channels, console stand with island books, games, and puzzles for entertainment, a mica boutique lamp, a cherry wood and glass coffee table, hand painted floor lamp, dark tile ceramic flooring, original artwork with vintage images of Hawaiian life as seen in photos !!

Kitchen has cherry wood cabinets stocked with lots of needed items for use. Stainless steel WHIRLPOOL fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave appliances. Beautiful heavy granite counter tops. Cherry wood counter height dining table and chairs for meals with pendant shell lamp complete area as seen in photos !!

Bedroom has comfortable CAL King bed, cherry wood dresser with 32”flatscreen TV with basic Spectrum cable channels, cherry wood nightstands with matching lamps, 52" palm leaf ceiling fan for comfort, large mirrored closet with deluxe cherry wood vented shelving and wooden hangers, louvered windows, original artwork, and dragonfly lamp complete the sleeping area as seen in photos !!

Bathroom has a walk-in shower stall with sliding glass doors, brushed nickel shower head, shampoo, conditioner, body wash dispensers, soap, vanity has travertine counter top with sink and brushed nickel faucets, cherry wood cabinet, mosaic shell lighting fixtures, set of towels, hand soap, hair dryer, great wave off Kanagawa wall print to complete the space as seen in photos !!

Free resort WiFi is available to guests with secure password that can be found in the guest information binder located on kitchen counter guests are required to review upon arrival as it provides helpful island emergency information, contact numbers, places to visit and things to do

There is also a small stackable washer/dryer in unit provided as a courtesy guests are welcome to use but must follow operating instructions and remove lint from dryer before and after use.

Some cleaning supplies and a fire extinguisher can be found in kitchen cabinet next to stove, additional fire extinguisher is located in hallway just outside front door. Fire extinguishers are also located next to BBQ grills in the common area outside.

2 coolers with ice packs are available
2 beach chairs are available 2 beach towels are available 2 sets of snorkel masks available ( no flippers as they destroy coral) 2 cordless vacuums & iron with small ironing board available. An exercise bike in living room available. Just bring your suitcases to start having fun because it's island time!

Beautifully landscaped oceanfront complex has a fresh water swimming pool to cool off in or hot tub to relax muscles and a pool house with men’s and women’s showers and restrooms, plenty of lounge chairs to work on tan or sit at the shaded tables to read a good book while listening to sounds of ocean waves crashing against the sea wall

4 new Weber BBQ gas grills for outdoor cooking with tables in a tropical tiki torch setting are cleaned and maintained daily. Access to the lava coast where you can explore tidal pools, look for shells, listen to tropical birds singing in our banyan tree as you explore the beautiful grounds

Sea Village Resort has 2 entrances to complex from Ali’i Drive Oceanside. Green Flash Cafe is located directly in front of Resort in between the 2 driveways and has possibility the best Kona coffee, breakfast, lunch, homemade ice cream on the island.

There is a stop near by for the free Kona Trolley that runs on the hour. There is also a bike rental kiosk directly across the street from condo as alternative transportation to exploring the area if you don’t want to rent car entire stay. Taxis service is available from KOA airport to condo which is only 10miles each way. Car rentals are also available at airport, or private companies

Located about a mile from heart of Kailua Kona, you’ll find excellent restaurants and shopping, various festivals, cultural events, World Ironman Races, A Royal Palace, Oldest Church, Kona Cat Cafe, ABC stores, Kona Farmers Market, Gecko Girls Shave Ice, AND great live music, DJ, or Karaoke somewhere almost every night like at Lavern’s, Oceans, Huggos,

For safety and security reasons, only the 1 or 2 guests registered on this reservation shall be permitted to stay in this unit, permitted to use resort pool area, permitted to use resort grounds anytime during stay as condition of rental agreement and VRBO policy !!

Please Note:ALL guests booking a VRBO rental must include exact # of travers as in # of ADULTS + # of MINORS traveling together so for safety and security reasons ONLY listings on VRBO that can accommodate 3 or more guests will be advertised for consideration. This unit SLEEPS 2 MAXIMUM ONLY Please !!

Guests shall notify owner immediately regarding any damages. No smoking, No pets, No parties, No additional or belated guests allowed. No early arrivals or late departures. CHECK IN is 4PM/ CHECK OUT is 10AM if you have a late flight, please consider booking extra night if available when planning your trip or reservation request, please ask for more details if interested

ADDITIONAL Beach gear if needed can be rented by guests @ Boss Frog's and Snorkel Bobs, or Kona Boys Beach Shack for surf boards, SUP, kayaks or guests can bring or purchase own !

Diving lessons or diving gear can be found at Jacks Dive Locker in heart of main shopping district and Pier where Body Glove Boat Tours with Sunset Dinner Cruises and Whale Watching excursions, Atlantis Submarine Rides and UFO Parasailing flights leave from for even more adventures.

Big Island of Hawaii also has several National Parks , beautiful beaches that are white, black, or green, magnificent botanical gardens, lush tropical rainforests, cascading waterfalls, coffee farm tours and lava tubes to explore !!

Our unit is located on the top (3rd)floor of Resort with stairs and no elevator, complex has no central air but palm leaf ceiling fans in bedroom /living room are provided to enjoy the tropical breezes.

Resort is monitored by 24hr security cameras, violations of house or resort rules subject to possible $5000 in fines, legal fees, and or court costs for any damages associated with home, contents, resort grounds or business reputation. Guests to use premises and or resort grounds at own risk and shall not hold owner, management, or resort responsible for injuries or damages to personal property or self as a result of use. Purchase of travel/trip insurance recommended for this non refundable reservation

All guests must provide valid driver's license photo ID's upon request prior to arrival for this booking reservation and must match names on booking request as proof of identity Guests are also required to have cell phones and provide valid cell phone #'s on reservation they can be reached @ in case of an on island emergency and alerts
