Situated in "La Judería", this house is located in the pedestrian-only side of one of the most ancient and beautiful streets in Seville. This is a very comfortable “home from home”, furnished to an exceptional standard with a mixture of contemporary and antique furniture, air-conditioning, lift for comfortable access to all floors and very high quality mattresses in all beds, making it the perfect place to return after a busy days sightseeing for one or two families or a group of friends who wish to enjoy the history and character of Seville whilst living in a luxury home. The main façade faces the palace of Don Miguel Mañara, on whose early life is based the universal character of Don Juán Tenorio. The original medieval palace was modernized to Renascence style in the XVI c. and it has been declared 'Historical Patrimony of Spain'. The lateral facade faces an orange-tree lined street opposite St. Bartholomew's church, built in XVIII c. over the ancient central synagogue of Seville.

The location was outstanding. We could walk to all the sites that we wanted to visit. Restaurants and tapas bars were close with lots of excellent choices. The only drawback was we only had one key for a family of ten. When we wanted to split into smaller groups, the group with the key had to be back first. We still felt it deserved a top rating because on the facilities and location.

The location was fantastic. the house was clean and acceptable, but somewhat unloved. We had issues with the lift being temperamental, which meant we didn't feel comfortable using it, and also only one set of keys was provided, which was particularly problematic for 6 guests.The house is comfortable, but not overly welcoming, access was provided via the ring camera when we arrived, rather than someone meeting us and walking us through the house and its facilities.We had a power failure the first day, which we were able to resolve without contacting the management.Overall it was acceptable, but not outstanding.

Amazing home and perfect location

We loved everything about our stay in Seville, but the home made it even better. Location is perfect, everything was walkable. We loved that our extended family all could stay together, and the home was very comfortable. ACs all worked and kept us cool in the summer heat. Thank you!

Seville holiday

Absolutely amazing stay! The villa was even better in real life—beautiful, spacious, and in a fantastic location. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the host was so lovely, ensuring everything went smoothly. We had consistent contact throughout our stay, and any questions or requests were quickly taken care of. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—would 100% recommend and would love to return!

Fabulous holiday home

This was an excellent base for 8 friends to explore Seville.Host Maria was incredibly helpful and we loved sitting on the roof terrace with a glass of wine in the late evening.

Great location!

Maria’s property is perfect for a large group to stay at and explore Seville. Can walk to all the sights and are close to the train station. We really enjoyed our time here and would stay again. Maria is very responsive and helpful.

GORGEOUS House and fabulous location

Everything we 5 guests could have needed. There was an issue with the elevator and our host was very responsive and had it fixed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious, well-equipped and beautiful. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and the rooftop terrace was such a treat--wonderful views. It was a perfect week in Seville.

Best location in Old Town Sevilla

This property is fantastic. We loved everything about it - the decor, the overall spaciousness for our group, the privacy of each bedroom and bathroom and the rooftop terrace. Plus, the location is in close proximity to shopping, dining and sites but not noisy. We were very sad to leave.

Wonderful house with fabulous roof terrace

Very comfortable family home right in the heart of the old city. Perfectly quiet location, giving the experience of living in old Seville. We were able to walk to all sites and restaurants from the house. The roof terrace is a real plus as it has wonderful views for breakfast and sundowners are the end of the day.

Fantastic house in perfect location

A beatifully renovated house in the ideal location for exploring Sevilla. There were 5 friends and the house gave us a large room and bathroom each which was ideal. Spread over 4 floors the lift was welcome for luggage! We made great use of the large rooftop and the house and kitchen have everything you need. Very quiet at night too.. Would love to return

Seville city break

This is a beautiful house in a quiet location in the centre of this beautiful city. A 15 minute walk will take you most of the main attractions and there is a small supermarket nearby. One of the great things about the house was the number of bathrooms as well as the great roof terrace. Highly recommended

Making Memories in Seville

This house provided all that our family of ten needed for our reunion in Seville. Bed space was ample. The modern kitchen was outfitted well for our needs, and the modern bathrooms were spacious. The roof-top terrace not only provided space to relax and unwind after busy days, its views gave a good perspective on the neighborhood. Near restaurants, shops, and attractions, our stay in this old section of Seville met all our expectations.

Best spot in the city

We were a group of 9 (although not all were in the house at the same time) and very extremely happy with the house. Exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and since the weather was hotter than expected we really appreciated the COLD A/C!! We loved the rooftop terrace for breakfast and late night gathering. The location was close to most everything we wanted to go to, but wasn't loud. Overall, very pleased, and we would stay there again. Maria was very responsive to all questions and concerns.

Birthday celebration in Seville

9 of us spent a week in Seville to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday Pros - house is in quiet location right in the heart of the city, big living/dining room, lots of bathrooms, lovely roof terrace. Cons - floors are marble so noise carries, kitchen on the small side. Host responded to all questions promptly. Would recommend this house

Fabulous stay in Sevilla

Seven of us had a wonderful stay in Seville. This property is in a great location with many cafes nearby. The 5 bedrooms and bathrooms gave us plenty of room to spread out and the amount of closet space is impressive. The ceilings are very tall and it was lovely to be able to open the windows/doors to enjoy the ambiance and fresh air. Though it rained a lot during our stay, we were able to hang out on the huge rooftop a couple of times. The communication with Maria Elena was great. She sent us a list of her favorite restaurants and also a schedule of the Semana Santa parades. If you have a large group, this is the perfect place to stay.
