The area is fantastic! Lots of wonderful restaurants and places to drink! You can walk to all major historical places in 30 minutes or less! The host can arrange transportation to and from airport or ship terminal for extremely reasonable pricing!

The apartment was very nice, safe, and conveniently located. Lots of cafes, gelato shops, and restaurants in the neighborhood. Most major Rome tourist attractions are within 30 minutes of walking. Accessing public transportation was a little bit of a problem as the Metro had no nearby stations and bus stations were 8 minute walks.Check-in and out was super easy as was communication with the owner. They even left a guide book in the apartment with important phone numbers, restaurant suggestions, and instructions for running the appliances.

Right in the heart of Trastavere so be prepared for older amenities but still comfortable. VERY unassuming entrance with 3 flights of stairs, no elevator. PLENTY of restaurants around and a quick 5-10 mins walk to public transit. Apartment is very near a common entrance for A LOT of tourists and can get fairly noisy on weekends with a younger crowd. Bathroom has been updated a bit. Communication with host was great when trying to find the place and check-in.

Great location!

This is a third-floor walkup with no lift. For us, that wasn't a factor. This is in the absolute perfect location. It is in a great spot in Trastevere, and we walked to all the city sights such as the Vatican, Roman Forum and Coliseum. It is literally right next to wonderful dining, yet is a quiet, clean apartment. Will stay either in this listing or one in Trastevere when visiting Rome in the future because of the wonderful location. Obviously, mobility issues and desire to walk 1-2 miles to certain areas would make a difference to some, but for us this was exactly what we wanted.

Great location, right in the middle of a lively area of Rome with lots of restaurants and night-life. Walking distance to the Tiber River, the Colosseum and the Vatican City. The apartment is on the fourth floor, and carrying your suitcase up the stairs is a challenge.

Great property and host was helpful and quick to respond. The place was very comfortable with great ac and nice hot water. I couldn’t find a coffee maker. Also the bathroom amenities of shampoo, conditioner and body wash plus hand soap could be upgraded! We loved the area and the convenience and really appreciated the car service to the airport!
