You will enter the living room with open kitchen fully equipped (fridge, microwave, microwave oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker).
Sitting area with sofa bed 140 * 190, dining table, chairs, TV, WIFI.
Bedroom: a convertible sofa bed 140 * 190, closet.
Very spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet.
Linen provided (sheets and towels), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine.

Small, but worked well for us. Pull out couch was not bad at all! Had a little problem with the door lock, but other than that, a nice clean apartment.

This is in a great location. Close to lots of places to eat and only a short walk to Notre Dame and even shorter walk to Luxemborg Gardens. To be honest this apartment would suit a couple or a single traveller better as it was quite small for a family of four. We spent most of our time out but when it was time to rest at the end of the day or evening we found we were really on top of each other. The apartment overall was lovely and communication with owners was flawless. Thank you for letting us stay!

Lovely apartment!

What a lovely place to stay! It was clean and quiet, both sofa beds were very comfortable. The flat had everything we needed (including WIFI and a washing machine). The shower was awesome! And there was a folder of info that pointed us to a wonderful street of delightful restaurants and shops. The flat is well located close to a number of metro lines, and a 10 min walk from RER B which comes direct from Charles de Gaule airport. The host responded to emails very quickly and, helpfully for us, in English. I'd definitely book this place again if I was going to Paris.

A little home for us

We were very happy here at this apartment and in the neighborhood.We had small restaurants and groceries nearby. The best part was a full laundry mat right across the street. While we had a washer , we were able to do all of our things and be ready for the rest of our trip. The host Jovanna was very attentive , although we never met her. She even found us 2 sets of keys. We had more freedom that way. Thank you ,Jovanna! We had cold weather and were happy that the heat kept us so cozy. There were 2 couples and we made it work!

Quiet lovely apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was clean and newly renovated, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. And it was only a short walk from our friend's apartment! It's conveniently located with lots of restaurants, bakeries, and shops close by and an easy walk to more than one metro station. One day we walked all the way to Ile de la Cite and it really took no time at all. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because we had problems with the door. It was very difficult to lock and unlock, and rather stressful as sometimes we weren't sure if we would be able to get it locked so that we could leave, or unlocked so that we could get inside! There is also no light outside when you are leaving the apartment in the dark!

Appartement fonctionnel

Quartier sympathique, commerces et restaurants assez proches et en nombre, métro un peu eloigné. L'appartement est situé au calme au fond d'une cour. Le seul inconvénient est que la cour sert à stocker les poubelles et qu'une personne sort et rentre les contenairs le matin. Quelques petits entretiens à faire (meuble de salle de bain, douchette, volet...), vérifier que le wifi fonctionne avant l'arrivée des locataires. Les ventilateurs ont été très appréciés en ce mois d'août. Hôte très sympathique, accessible et réactive.

Ausstattung / Sauberkeit

Leider war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich sauber. In Zimmerecken, im Badezimmer und z.B. in den Geschirrschubladen hat sich leider der Dreck gesammelt. Die Dusche war extrem verspakt. Der Handtuchheizkörper war mit einer alten Staubschicht überzogen. Im Badezimmer Waschbecken lief das Wasser fast nicht mehr ab.. (verdreckt). Außerdem fehlte der Stöpsel.. und so weiter..... Das Geschirr musst vor der Nutzung gespühlt werden.. Leider komplett verstaubt und dreckig... - Die Toilette war ebenfalls leider nicht sauber... Eventuell sollte die Wohnung nicht durch den Sohn der Eigentümerin und seinen Freunden "gereinigt" werden, sondern von einer halbwegs professionellen Reinigungskraft.. Geschirr und Besteck sind uralt und zusammen gewürfelt.... - Es könnte so einfach sein.. Da die Wohnung nur eine Tür und zwei Fenster zum Innenhof hat und die Nachbarschaft auch bis in die Nacht teilweise sehr "lebendig" ist, war es sehr laut. Die Mülltonnen (auch Glas) für die gesamte Nachbarschaft stehen ebenfalls vor den Fenstern.. Es wird auch mitten in der Nacht Glas entsorgt....

Spent 2 weeks with our granddaughter aged 16. Great location and wonderful neighborhood.

We loved the neighborhood and the location to all the sites. We had easy access to all public transit and were able to walk to some of the sites. I would highly recommend this unit.
