Very pretty small charming 45 sq.m apartment in the heart of the Latin Quarter. It can be rented for 4 guests (one double bed and one sofa bed sleeping 2), on the 2nd floor of a typical 17th century building along a calm sunny road in the historic, artistic and literary quarter of Paris. Just 5 minutes on foot from Notre Dame and Saint Germain des Prés, close to the Saint Michel metro and many bus routes. An ideal starting point to discover the exceedingly beautiful cultural and tourist hotspots of the capital city. Numerous cafés, restaurants, cinemas, art galleries and shops nearby.

A great stay in every way! We loved the cozy apartment, the neighborhood, and our host. Mina met us when we arrived, graciously explained the workings of the appliances, heating, elevator, and internet. If there was anything we forgot, she immediately got back to us with answers to our questions.There is something to do or see within walking distance in any direction from the place. Shopping, iconic landmarks, fast food, gourmet food, groceries, transportation, it has it all. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was in the best neighbor in St. Germain, heart of the Latin Quarter, with lots of shops, restaurants, bakeries, bars, shops. You name it, you have it within a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was very clean and had essentials. We were welcomed by host who was waiting on the street when we pulled up in our taxi. Could not have had a better place to stay and would definitely rent this apartment again if available and back in Paris .

we met the host on day of arrival, who showed us how the induction range worked, where was the garbage bin, helped install the wifi on our phones. When we remarked the place did not look clean, she said it was not possible to find a cleaning lady on a Sunday! We arrived on a Monday.The apartment was extremely dirty, dusty and obviously had not been cleaned in weeks or perhaps months.I called VRBO the next day of our arrival, spoke with Anthony who said he could not find trace of our reservation !! We vacuumed the place, dusted all surfaces and especially the closet where our clothes were to be stored. The closet was extremely dusty. We found hair in the drawers which were dirty. So we cleaned the places where our clothes were to go.Kitchen : old toaster did not work as it was broken, the coffee pot was disgustingly old, dirty and discolored. The microwave had not been cleaned, the kitchen towels were dirty with food spots on them, the table settings were full of crumbs.Bathroom: shower walls were full of moldy spots, the floors not cleaned, the floor rug dirty full of lint, hair etc...Living room : the coffee table had an inside drawer that was never cleaned - full of crumbs. We had a lint pick up roll which we used on the sofa, which came back with tons of dust and hair, again it probably was never even vacuumed but would benefit from a thorough shampooing. So we took a sheet from the closet and covered the sofa so we could sit on it.

This apartment was charming! Central to several tourist destinations by foot! We walked to most of the things we wanted to see, and could hear the bells of Notre Dame (very close) chiming! Lots of cafes and restaurants close by, and grocery stores. Mina was a very great host, and met us at the apartment to let us in, and give us great tips. Excellent lift in the apartment too! The location of this apartment is great. It’s very close to metro and lots of restaurants. We felt safe walking at night and loved how close the apartment was to many great attractions. The downfall of being in such a great location is the crowds and outside noise. Luckily the weather was cool during our three-week stay so keeping the windows closed at night kept the street noise down. I wouldn’t want to stay here during the hot months as there is no air conditioning and opening the windows would prove noisy as many happy people walk by the apartment talking loud and laughing. We are fastidious people and the cleanliness wasn’t up to our standards, The bed and couch were comfortable enough, but the rest of the furniture was old and tired looking and not comfortable to sit on. In particular, the metal dining chairs with their thin cushions were totally uncomfortable. In general, the apartment is somewhat dark and dingy looking, and in need of a facelift.The kitchen is tiny. The plastic drip coffee maker takes a long time to make a barely-hot pot of coffee. The toaster doesn’t pop the toast up so I burned my fingers more than once trying to get my toast out. There is ample dinnerware and cookware as well as wine glasses, but only one small water glass.Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the location. It’s too small for more than two people, and we felt like it was a bit overpriced given the lack of attention to detail. The owner was nice.

Loved this place!!!

Great location. It is walking distance to many tourist attractions and the metro. Very nice boulangerie and cafes right down the street. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and cool, and much larger than any hotel you could find for a similar price. Amazing place to center your trip to Paris around!

Great stay in Saint Germaine!

Great location in St. Germaine close to subway station but on a quiet side street! The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and was tastefully furnished and had all amenities. Would highly recommend and will try to rent this apartment again for a future trip!

Perfect location - wonderful host!

The location is perfect for getting around on foot as well as being steps from the Metro and a couple of blocks from the river and Notre Dame. Our host got us situated, made a few suggestions for supplies and restaurant s and away we went!
