Beautiful apartment 200 yards from train station

The place was beautiful, comfortable, and roomy enough for two people. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Having a full kitchen was a real plus, as my daughter and I were tired of restaurant food. The owner was kind, helpful and very reponsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Well Stocked Stay

The place was very well stocked, kitchen and bathroom had everything we could need and more! Lyudmyla was very responsive and super flexible and accommodating to us. Good location close to metro although it did get a bit out at night.

Wonderful stay close to train station.

We stayed for 2 nights in the apartment, and enjoyed it. It was comfortable, very spacious and everything we needed was there. We cooked our meal in the luxury kitchen. We washed our clothes and could easy dry them in the bathroom. The owner was very nice. The train station is only a 5 minute walk away, a supermarket can be found across the street. We highly recommend.

Perfect Home for our Vienna trip

The flat was very clean, everything was prepared for our visitation. A big thank you for that. Even when we had a problem the owner will come in 20 min. Absolutly perfect!!

Comfortable stay with short bus ride to Venice

The apartment was very easy to find with the directions Lyudmyla sent us. She met us in the apartment after our train arrived to show us where everything was, including the bus stops to go to Venice and the grocery store right next to it. The apartment is fully furnished with a nice gas stove and range, fridge, washing machine, walk in shower, etc. There were multiple restaurants within a short walk.

Lyudmila ist sehr nett, sie hat uns zu allen Fragen beraten. Die Wohnung war absolut sauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Es befindet sich in einer verkehrsgünstigen Lage, die Busverbindung nach Venedig ist gut.

Hébergement très bien équipé et très bien localisé

Un appartement très propre où rien de manque, situé à une minute à pieds du bus pour Venise. Nous avons étés très bien accueillis, la propriétaire était très disponible, super de pouvoir garer sa voiture juste devant la location éttoptappréciable.

très confortable et très pratique

Les démarches pour la réservation ont été faciles et rapide. La communication pour l'arrivée était précise et pratique (utilisation de Whatsapp). L'appartement, tout à fait conforme à l'annonce, est particulièrement bien équipé et dispose d'un grand nombre de produits de premières nécessité. . La literie est confortable et le lit est fait à l'arrivée. La salle de bain est pratique. La place de parking est un luxe rare. La gare est à "minutes à pieds et l'arrêt de bus, juste de l'autre côté de la rue. Il est donc facile et rapide de rejoindre Venise mais aussi Padoue... Pour nous tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons dès que possible. Merci Lyudmyla.

Ferienwohnung in Verkehrsgünstiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet, was für den Aufenthalt notwendig war. Die Lage war sehr ruhig und doch verkehrsgünstig gelegen für Ziele in Mestre und Venedig. Zur Bushaltestelle waren es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß und zum Bahnhof nur 5 Minuten. Die Verkehrsmittel fuhren in kurzem Abstand. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sind auch in der Nähe.

Nice Apartment

This apartment was clean and Ludmyla showed us all the ins and outs of the apartment. She also showed us the bus stop to get to Venice as this place is in Mestre a area outside of Venice. The kitchen is well supplied with the items you need to cook a meal. The one negative to this place is that the bed is uncomfortable which I why I gave the overall rating of four stars.

Nice place to stay

The apartment has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. it is not supper big but well equipped and with a lot of extra staff that we didn’t expect like dishwasher detergent, washing machine detergent, etc. Internet was great via fibre which surprised me. Super well located, just a few steps from the bus stop to get into Venice in less than 20 minutes. Definitely a place to recommend for a fair price.
