It consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed, two armchair beds (4 total beds in the bedroom) and a cot (baby-cot), a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, Brita carafe for purified water), with a sofa bed (1 bed for an adult or 2 beds for two children, bed size: 190x120 cm) and with color TV and 1 bathroom with shower.
The house also has an independent air conditioning and heating.
There is also a free WIFI internet connection.
You can also park your car free of charge near the entrance door of the apartment, in the appropriate condominium parking space.
Lyudmyla house is located in a privileged position to reach easily and at any time of day or night the city of Venice, by train or by bus.
From Mestre train station, a 5-minute walk from home Lyudmyla, depart continuously trains to Venice (journey time of the train: 10 minutes, ticket price Euro 1,30).
From the bus stop in via Piave, a 1-minute walk from the apartment Lyudmyla, leave every 10 min. Buses to Venice (Piazzale Roma, the bus journey time: 15 minutes, ticket price Euro 1,30).
Lyudmyla house is located in a well stocked supermarket and various shops (pharmacy). There are also numerous bars and restaurants, such as the famous restaurant Bepi Venesian (Via Sernaglia 27, tel. +39041 920 814), much appreciated by the guests of the house Lyudmyla.
