lovely stay

We stayed for 2 weeks. The communicstoon with the owner was excellent. The accomodation was basic, but the location more than made up for that. It was 2 mons walk to the beach. A very nice restaurant just around the corner. The Island of Armona is a little slice of paradise. We really enjoyed pur stay and woulf recommend this property

A evitar

Com baratas, percevejos nas camas. Sem água quente na cozinha e casa de banho (torneira do lavatorio). Um dos meus amigos tem as costas, por causa dos pervejos, uma vergonha. A ausência de ar condicionado na casa toda acaba por mau! O ar portátil para além de fazer barulho não dá para o espaço que contem 3 quartos.

Muito bom dia. Lamento a sua avaliação. Em relação á água quente é específico no anúncio quais os locais com a mesma. O ar condicionado é portátil, dará para a zona que está. As baratas, pois numa casa de praia podem surgir infelizmente. Em relação às camas nunca tive uma reclamação, mas se deu por percevejos deveria ter imediatamente contactado comigo para ir perceber o que se estava a passar. Lamento a situação. Mas penso que me deveria ter contactado de imediato.

A casa é muito simples mas estava muito limpa e tem tudo o que é preciso. Zona da ilha muito sossegada. A 5 minutos de uma praia paradisíaca.

Une maison sur la plage

Très bien placé dans un petit paradis! Le logement est bien, même si ce n'est pas très moderne mais en s'adaptant pour les vacances on réussi a passé un bon moment.

Deja mucho que desear

La casa es muy antigua aunque el propietario está actualizando las instalaciones. Dos de las habitaciones han sido renovadas, aunque para nuestra sorpresa, ambas carecen de aislamiento en el techo y ¡de ventanas! Esto provocaba que fueran muy calurosas de día y muy frías de noche. La casa estaba realmente sucia, la primera tarde la pasamos limpiando de arriba a abajo, a pesar de haber pagado 35 € en concepto de limpieza. La casa está plagada de hormigas, es imposible dejar lo más mínimo de comida (e incluso la basura) sin que se cubra por miles de hormigas en pocos minutos. Hay hormigas en todos sitios, salen de cualquier hueco de las paredes. Hay algunas mosquiteras aunque están muy mal instaladas, por lo que a pesar de usar varios enchufes antimosquitos (que tuvimos que llevar porque no te los proporcionan) nos picaron por decenas. Ninguna habitación tiene luz en el techo, solo las lamparitas de noche, por lo que hay que entrar y salir a oscuras. El acceso a la casa es por un camino de arena (es de las pocas casas del pueblo que no tienen el acceso asfaltado) por lo que cuando vas cargado o tienes un bebé (como es nuestro caso) se hace un poco incómodo. Pero no todo es malo. Está más cerca de la playa que casi cualquier otra casa y no está rodeada por muchas casa (como le pasa a la mayoría de las viviendas del pueblo) Es una zona especialmente tranquila. La cocina está bien equipada y es agradable poder hacer barbacoas en el exterior. Los colchones son bastante nuevos

Lamento o comentário e passo a explicar o porquê: A casa estava suja? Nem vou responder a isso. Não tinha janelas interiores porque a obra atrasou. Como se pode verificar em mensagens trocadas com os hóspedes, sabiam do que se estava a passar, pois tudo foi acelerado para poder manter o aluguer. As janelas interiores foram colocadas na semana a seguir após a entrada de novos hóspedes que por sinal avaliaram muito bem a casa. Na recepção efetuada a este casa espanhol, foi explicado pessoalmente o sucedido, foram muito compreensivos e nas minhas costas apresentaram queixa á VRBO. Tendo o meu contacto pessoal tinham falado comigo e concerteza tinha acelerado o processo das janelas. Quando fui fazer o check out ainda ouvi coisas que nunca tinha ouvido. Penso que conversando todos podemos chegar a uma conclusão. A casa é antiga como todas as da ilha. Algumas sofreram ampliação, melhoramentos. Esta casa é de madeira no interior, exceto a cozinha.tal como mostravam as fotos, aliás todas reais, sem Photoshop. Tem a cozinha nova, tudo eléctrico. Tem água quente no duche exterior coberto e no wc, quando a maior parte das casas não tem. Tem ar condicionado portátil. Tem máquina de lavar roupa, deve ser das poucas da ilha, tem sala de estar, sala de comer, tanto no interior como no exterior. Tem área exterior toda equipada. Não tem passadeira em cimento de acesso porque não se pode colocar naquela zona. Andam 20m na areia, tal como se vê nas fotos. Não estou aqui para enganar ninguém, mas sinto que fui enganado. Estive sempre ao dispor, lamento que a atitude tenha sido outra. Como hóspedes não tenho nada de negativo a dizer, na forma como deixaram a casa. Apenas frizar que lamento a atitude e toda a situação.
