The apartment was lovely and we were thankful for the double-paned windows because the rue Princesse has an active nightlife scene and we often came home to the street being filled with people, making driving down it impossible. Once inside, it was blissfully quiet.

Beautiful apartment in center of St Germaine. Lively street at night but once windows closed there was no sound. Comfortable for 3 adults. Amenities included were perfect. We will stay her again.

I hesitate to say how great this experience was because I hope to stay there again next year and would hate to see it booked up! That said, the apartment is exactly as described. There is a set of stairs but our host helped us with our luggage both coming and going. The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and had very comfortable beds ..

The management company is great! We were met at the apt, shown how to work everything, there were thorough instructions for all of the electronics, the kitchen was equipped well enough to prepare a feast and they responded immediately via WhatsApp with any questions. The apartment is beautiful, functional, and importantly during our stay air conditioned. The neighborhood is convenient to Notre-Dame, the Louvre, right in the heart of the Paris St. Germaine neighborhood. Our last night, we were a little tired from our exploration of the city and decided to fix a charcuterie and salad at the apartment. That was the night that Paris St. Germaine won the champions league championship and celebrations broke out in the streets. We were able to view all of this from the first floor windows as the celebrations continued. The gendarmerie was on top of the situation and we were always safe and comfortable in the apartment. Who could possibly know that we scheduled our vacation in the middle of a heatwave and that Paris St. Germaine would win the championship during our stay? What an incredible experience and incredible vacation!

Amazing!!!

Amazing location, walkable to all tourist destinations. Great neighborhood, safe, so many food options. Grocery store is a two minute walk. The apartment itself is very well appointed, spacious, every amenity you ever want is included. Definitely would stay again on my next Paris trip.

Loved our stay!

Staying in this wonderful apartment made our stay in Paris even more special. We loved everything about it - great location, fabulous design and immaculately clean. So many fun restaurants in the neighborhood - we wished we had time to try more of them. Very close to several metro stops, and easy to take the RER to the airport. We were surprised by how quiet it was given the location near busy bars and restaurants!

Great location and amenities

This clean and comfortable apartment was perfect to access our favorite area of Paris. The checkin was easy and thorough, the apartment clean and well laid out , and checkout was easy. We would definitely stay here again! It is up one flight of fairly narrow stairs.

Beautiful apartment
