'La Calade' is a charming villa situated in the "area of ​​Nartelle" 800m in a straight line from the beaches of Nartelle which is south facing, with breathtaking sea views. The house is nicely furnised and this winter (2023) all bedrooms and bathrooms were renewed. Perfect for 8 persons. It has 3 double bedrooms and 1 with single beds. All have air conditioning. 2 spacious shower rooms and 2 toilets. The fully equipped kitchen (with American fridge) and the beautiful living room with bay window overlooking the covered terrace with pergola and barbecue awaits you. On the same level a beautiful secured pool (heated - a fee) a garden salon and 6 chairs, offering anytime sea view. The garden of 3000 m2, nicely raised and illuminated at night is completely fenced and has an automatic gate that leads you to the house with parking for 4 cars. A house rental in St Maxime to spend your dream vacation!

Magnifique sejour

La villa est très bien située et très agréable. Tout est propre et neuf et la piscine est très grande. Magnifique vue sur mer. Seul bémol : il est indiqué sur Abritel que la plage de la Nartelle est accessible à 7 min à pied. Or ce n’est pas le cas. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

Tolles, stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Toller Garten, grosser Pool. Es fehlt an nichts. Gerne wieder ein anderes Mal. Man benötigt aber zwingend ein Auto - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht in Laufdistanz.

Traum Blick und Haus

Wir haben als Familie (4 Personen) das Haus gemietet. Es bietet alles, was man sich vorstellt und ist sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und es ist wirklich alles da, was man so benötigt. Der Blick auf die Bucht ist wunderschön und der Platz zum Sitzen vor dem Haus ist einfach nur traumhaft. Der Pool wird 1 x wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Übergabe des Hauses ist total unproblematisch und hat reibungslos funktioniert. Wir würden das Haus auf alle Fälle empfehlen.

Schönes Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht

Schön eingerichtetes Haus mit allen notwendigen Sachen. Traumhafte Aussicht und gute Lage für Ausflüge nach St. Tropez oder Cannes. Nette Vermieter und Betreuerin die bei Problemen sofort zu Stelle ist. Schöner, grosser Pool, leider ohne Reinigungsroboter. Sicheres und gut gepflegtes Quartier in einer schönen Gegend. Wir können diese Liegenschaft nur weiterempfehlen.

Un endroit merveilleux

Une superbe maison située près de la mer avec une vue magnifique, une grande terrasse pour passer de belles soirées. Nous avons passé un temps merveilleux. La maison est dans un état impeccable, très bien soignée. Nous n'hésiterions pas une seconde pour y retourner l'année prochaine.

Séjour magique

Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique, la maison est superbe, la vue magique, et le cadre parfait. Les commerces ne sont pas loin et en même temps pas de bruit et tranquilité si souhaitée. Nous avons passé une semaine de détente, barbecue, piscine et shopping à St Tropez. Notre fille de 6 ans a adoré la maison. Bref nous recommandons cette villa! We had an amazing stay, the villa is superb, the view is magic, and the surroundings beautiful. Shops are really close by, but at the same time the neighbourhood is nice and quiet, so when you need quiet time you can surely have it. We had an amazing week of relaxation, grilling on the barbecue, shopping in St Tropez and enjoying the pool. Our 6 year old daughter loved the house, so yes we highly recommand this place and do hope to come again!

Beautiful villa in Sainte Maxime

My family have just returned from a weeks holiday in this beautiful villa. There were 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 teenagers. Villa was very well equipped to cater for all of us, it was like a home from home. Outside area beautifully looked after and swimming pool was gorgeous. Villa has stunning views accurately shown in property photographs. A car is essential when visiting as villa located within the hillside and nearest shops approx. 2.5 miles away. We drove daily to buy bread and croissants from a beautiful bakery, La Tarte Tropezienne, in Les Issambres where there is also a Spar supermarket. There are several private beaches very close but booking sun loungers in advance is required especially with larger groups. Would definitely recommend this villa.

Fantastische huis!! Wij hebben hier 4 weken gezeten en die weken waren geweldig en omgevlogen. Dit huis heeft alle comfort en een fantastisch uitzicht. Dit huis boeken wij volgend jaar weer. Ook de eigenaar was geweldig, wanneer we een probleem hadden werd hij in no-time opgelost. Kortom, dit huis is ons 5 sterren waard.
