Great Location in Fort Collins

Great location! A nice quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and walking trails. Quick drive to downtown Fo Co! It has everything you need to host family and friends in the house and a nice backyard with a grill and seating. The added bonus of being able to park in the garage during afternoon storms was appreciated! We will be back!

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and spacious with a ground floor bedroom and full bath that worked well for my sister in law who has a hard time with stairs. Fenced yard perfect for her dog. We enjoyed the gas fireplace on those very cold days right before the holiday. Very convenient to those we visited in Windsor and Severance.

Perfect house in peaceful neighborhood

We were having a family reunion close to this house, so the neighborhood was perfect for us. The kitchen was well outfitted and worked out well for a large family dinner. I loved the floor plan of the house and although we were stunned at how all the fees added up, we will most likely be back, just because the location and house were so perfect. We were grateful for a pet friendly house as well!

Good location, good stay

I picked this location because of the proximity to a friend's home, plus it was large enough that 4 couples stayed and didn't feel like we were intruding on anyone's privacy. The home is newer with ample space. Communication with the owner is fast and courteous. The price, especially compared to local FoCo Hotels is great, especially when split 4 ways. The only complaints that I would have were non-functioning outlets in the master bath and a noisy ceiling fan -- owner was notified of both issues. I would stay here again and may for our annual trip next year.
