Condo is open concept with 1,450 square feet + two lanai's. The two bedrooms and baths are on opposite sides of the unit, set up as 2 private suites. The Ocean Harbor condo complex includes: heated saltwater pool, 2 hot tubs, tennis, pickleball, access to Publix supermarket, Snook Bight Marina and restaurants Fresh Catch Bistro and Junkanoo Below Deck next door. It's a short 3 - 5 minute or walk to Newton Beach Park and the beautiful white sand beach. Complex is 2.5 miles south of Times Square for additional night life and many more dining options. You will fall in love the second you walk in, and may never want to go home! 28 day minimum rental.
