Great place in a good location and Gianni is an excellent host. He guided us from the Arsenale vaporetto stop to the apartment when we arrived and was very easy to contact when we needed him (very rarely).

We always love to stay away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. We were so glad we found this gem of an apartment tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to everything. The apartment was immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the bedding nice. It was a well thought out space with plenty of room for us to spread out after a long day. Think of it as a tiny home. Kitchen and bathroom compact. Shower was tiny but fine for me. (my husband found it a bit small for his 6 ft stature but managed) Rooftop terrace was a special added feature. We ate breakfasts up there. Our host Gianni was always quick to respond to all my questions throughout the booking process and prior to arrival. He was away but was greeted by Macarena who was lovely. She met us at the Vaporetto stop (water taxi) and we took the short walk to the apartment. It was a real neighborhood and you felt the rhythm of the life of the people of Venice.

This was a great location and perfect accommodation for our stay. It was centrally located but was quiet enough at night. The roof top terrace is a great option and the whole apartment is newly renovated and very clean. I would highly recommend this location for a couple. The check-in process was great. I can see why they get high ratings. Very well managed.

Such a sweet loft. We were met as we got off the vaporetto and assisted to the loft. It was so clean and well fitted out with everything we need. You can tell that it is well cared for and the guests are their priority. The host communicated with us to assist with everything we need which made the experience even easier. We loved it and definitely recommend

This place was perfection

We felt very safe staying in this place. Walked literally everywhere except from train station and airport. There were great restaurants right nearby, our favorite coffee shop right there. Spacious and light-filled apartment near Arsenale-

The spacious apartment was very clean, beautifully decorated and maintained, with a lovely roof deck and natural light. The owner and their assistants were easy to communicate with and very helpful! Lovely Apartment

We loved our stay at this beautiful, modern apartment. The terrace had such lovely views of the neighboring roof tops! Wonderful visit to Venice and Biennale 2024

The appartment is very well located in Castello with Vaporetto Stop Arsenale, the Biennale area, plenty restaurants and San Marco in easy reach. The appartment is good and fully furnished; it's a place to feel at home from the start. We had a very good time here and would return any time.
