We loved our stay at Loft with Terrace. The flat is very central, all the key tourist sites and amenities were easily accessible.The flat was clean and well organised. We particularly loved the evenings on the roof terrace. The owners were professional and attentive. I wholly recommend staying in the Loft with Terrace and we plan to visit Venice again in the near future.

Great place in a good location and Gianni is an excellent host. He guided us from the Arsenale vaporetto stop to the apartment when we arrived and was very easy to contact when we needed him (very rarely).

This was a great location and perfect accommodation for our stay. It was centrally located but was quiet enough at night. The roof top terrace is a great option and the whole apartment is newly renovated and very clean. I would highly recommend this location for a couple. The check-in process was great. I can see why they get high ratings. Very well managed.

Stayed here for a couple nights. Location is great and place is beautiful. Roof top terrace is very nice. We met with Daniella who showed us to the property and we’re glad she did because we never would have found it.

Such a sweet loft. We were met as we got off the vaporetto and assisted to the loft. It was so clean and well fitted out with everything we need. You can tell that it is well cared for and the guests are their priority. The host communicated with us to assist with everything we need which made the experience even easier. We loved it and definitely recommend

Beautiful loft

We had a great time here, the loft was beautiful, clean, and very safe/secure. It is close to restaurants and a very short walk to major attractions. The host was very kind and available. We really enjoyed our time in Venice and in the loft!

Our stay in Venice was lovely. Thank you to Daniella for meeting us at the Vaporetto stop and walking us to the apartment. The apartment is in a great neighborhood and we loved sitting on the roof deck in the morning and at the end of the day to relax and unwind.

We always love to stay away from the hustle and bustle of tourist areas. We were so glad we found this gem of an apartment tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to everything. The apartment was immaculate, the bed was comfortable and the bedding nice. It was a well thought out space with plenty of room for us to spread out after a long day. Think of it as a tiny home. Kitchen and bathroom compact. Shower was tiny but fine for me. (my husband found it a bit small for his 6 ft stature but managed) Rooftop terrace was a special added feature. We ate breakfasts up there. Our host Gianni was always quick to respond to all my questions throughout the booking process and prior to arrival. He was away but was greeted by Macarena who was lovely. She met us at the Vaporetto stop (water taxi) and we took the short walk to the apartment. It was a real neighborhood and you felt the rhythm of the life of the people of Venice.

Quaint little place away from the crowds

We loved our stay! Our flight was delayed and we were still met where the boat let us off by a wonderful host. I loved walking through the narrow streets late at night to get to the rental. The rooftop terrace was also one of my favorite part.
