House was very charming and housed our group perfectly. Host left fresh flowers in all the rooms and fresh fruit for us to enjoy. Beds were comfortable and we loved the secluded country atmosphere and beautiful gardens. Wished it had a microwave but we were able to make it work without.

Great location, nice property

We went for a dog show in South Bend, but wanted to spend time near Lake Michigan as well. This was the perfect location to do both—less than 30 minutes either direction. Really nice to have rooms all on the first floor, with 2 bathrooms. It was perfect for us.

We love it here!

We have stayed at this property many times while visiting Hudson Lake as our lake house is under construction. It is cozy, spacious, warm, and inviting! My youngest son described it perfectly, it’s like getting a hug from grandma. I would recommend this rental to any family!!! Beds are super comfy too:)

Absolute Perfection

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to South Bend to watch the Notre Dame football game. There was more than enough room for the 6 of us to sleep, spread out, relax…whatever! The fire pit was wonderful on a nice fall evening. Our host was so helpful in so many ways. We definitely plan to stay here when we come to the area again!

Country charm and homespun comfort

A wonderfully enjoyable weekend stay, quaint, comfortable, and peaceful. We stayed up talking late into the night on the screened in porch and played trivia around the oak dining table. Not to mention a beautiful day on nearby Lake Michigan. All in all a memorable weekend.
