Whether you are a family with kids, a couple, or a small group of friends looking for an amazing time, we guarantee that our Mini Suite Course 12 will comfortably accommodate your needs. This is a tastefully refurbished mini suite, a cozy, peaceful and fully functional space. A bedroom with a king size bed and a small room with a convertible sofa plus a mezzanine easily accessible by folding stairs, the apartment can effortlessly accommodate three people. Finally, there is also a decent amount of storage space provided in a smaller room.

We have provided this mini suite with a Wi-Fi connection and a large flat screen TV. You'll feel comfortable with the warmth and the double glazed windows. Florence is a very safe city but for additional sense of comfort, we have provided the apartment with an alarm system.

For those looking to cook, there is a functional kitchen with a refrigerator, a toaster, a toaster, and a kitchen. .

You can enjoy your coffee and drink at the same time.

The bathroom has everything you need: a shower, a wash basin, a toilet and a bidet. All the essentials are provided. This includes: a set of clean hand and body towels, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. There are also an iron and an iron board.

The location of the apartment is amazing and could not be more convenient. You are in the heart of Florence, surrounded by the historic city center. The city's best cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and galleries are all around you! The iconic landmarks such as the cathedral with its ever-famous Cathedral and the recently renovated Baptistry. The imposing Palazzo Vecchio is also a stone's throw away, as the Uffizi gallery, the Santa Croce square, the picturesque Ponte Vecchio bridge and many, many more.

Last but not least, it's very easy to get the main train station, Santa Maria Novella. It's a fifteen-minute walk from your apartment and you can comfortably and cheaply travel to so many destinations!

Convenient Location

This place was only 15 min walk from train station and one block away from duomo. Was super convenient for traveling (however pack light as you have to climb 5 flights of stairs). The host met us at check in and told us best places to visit. Would definitely recommend this place if looking for a great place to stay in heart of Florence!

Fantastic location, but be prepared to climb!

We loved this little studio (...photos make it look bigger), but not the climb up five flights of stairs w heavy suitcases or at the end of an active day. Our fault for not catching in the listing the absence of an elevator. The only other negative was the street noise from below which goes well into the night. This aside, one couldn't ask for a better location or a more helpful host company. Paulo met us, kindly helped w luggage, gave us an orientation to the suite, and offer good dining suggestions. Will rent w this company again, just not this unit.
