Phoenix West is one of the most luxurious condominiums on the Gulf! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.



Amenities are abundant at this newly renovated Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 65” flat screen SMART HDTV in living room with 42” TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the master, two queen beds in the 2nd bedroom and a queen bed in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room should you need more space. We also have the 3br condos on both sides of this room should you need more than one room.



There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and roof-top tennis courts.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West, they are a one time fee of $58 per vehicle. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es). Any 3br unit you rent at Phoenix West guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect to be able to purchase an extra pass during the summer season.

My family and I loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful, spacious and cozy. The view of the beach was gorgeous. The water was the clearest I’ve ever seen it. It was just what we needed for a weekend getaway. There was construction going on around the lazy river, which was a little nerve wracking at first, but it was fine. The workers were professional. We loved our stay here and plan to be back in the future.

Really enjoyed our stay in Orange Beach and this condo worked out perfectly. Loved the easy access to the beach, the lazy river was also great. Good location with lots of options to eat nearby. Had no issues with the elevators whatsoever. Amazing views from the condo.

Could not hear into other rooms like hotels which is a plus. The only complaint I have is with the older security guard that would stand at the pool gate if one person in your party didn’t have a wrist band on he would through a fit even if it was a kid. But he wouldn’t stand guard at his post very long until he had to go smoke.

Beautiful place, great location. Unfortunately, there is no way to get in touch with anyone to take care of any issues that arise. I attempted to contact the host several times wirh no response. We tried the front desk and they said the unit was managed by a different company. The bed linens were disgusting with dried snot and blood on them. The coffee pot was dirty. It really was a shame because the unit is beautiful.

Most gorgeous views

Great location with the most beautiful views from the balcony. We spent most of our time on the balcony, drinking coffee or beer. We watched sharks swim around stingrays flapping and dolphins playing. So high up the pelicans would fly under us! Great location to the beach.
