Very clean and nice south facing 1750 Square feet 3-bed 2-bath pool home located in the popular Naples Park. Naples Park is close to everything. Two wonderful beaches, Vanderbilt Beach and Delnor-Wiggins State Park (www.floridastateparks.org/delnor-wiggins) is within bicycling distance. (10 mins. to Vanderbilt,15 mins. to Delnor-Wiggins). 2 Publix supermarkets minutes away. The new hot spot in Naples, Mercato (www.mercatoshops.com) with restaurants, shopping and Cinema is as well only minutes away. The house has a Master bed with King bed with en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. Two bedrooms with Queen beds and wardrobes with folding doors. A bathroom with bathtub is located between the two rooms. Sleeping areas perfect for 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. One of the Queen rooms has also a child bed. Family room includes sitting group and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all You can need. The den is furnished with a writing table. Smart TV and Internet is provided as well as access to Netflix and other apps. All floors are tiled or hard-wood. Pool area is covered and have lots of space for sun-chairs as well as a Weber gas grill. Net around the pool is available for child safety. The heated pool includes a hot-tub with air bubble and water jet system. Garden and pool are professionally maintained with service visits each week.

Wonderful house

This is a wonderfull house and we loved our stay here. It is much more spacious than it looks on the pictures. Exceptionally clean. Back yard is just perfect - heated pool, hot tub, beautiful palm trees, cozy and relaxing. Location is also great - minutes drive to beach and very close to Mercato (shops and restaurants). Highly recommended.

Lovely property

This house is very inviting, pretty, and well appointed. The ability to open the slider to the pool and spa made it feel spacious. The privacy of the backyard was pretty - occasionally heard neighbors next door but they probably heard us as well. It was never late or obnoxious. The location was exactly what we wanted-I felt safe and walked early every day and did not feel threatened in anyway. We had a misunderstanding with the landlord about visitors and this caused anxiety on our trip - be very specific with the owner on how many you want and if you are going to have overnight guests. It was a lovely stay overall and even nicer than the pictures.

Great house

The house was in a great location in Naples Park with easy access to the beach (Vanderbilt beach and Delnor Wiggins State Park), Mercato, and other shopping and restaurants. The house was easy to access and very clean. The pool was great. The host was very easy to work with. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend.

Great Location and Wonderful Home.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Lars and Anna's home. It was the perfect location for us - close to the beach and plenty of places to take long walks and bike rides as well being close to Trader Joes and Whole Foods! We enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outside seating for dinner. My husband had a little work to do and the office was very helpful for giving him a place to get away. The washer and dryer were also very helpful since we were there 4 weeks. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
