This oceanfront, ground floor unit was spectacular. Absolutely gorgeous views off of the lanai, and a 2-3 min walk to restaurants, bars, in town. Outstanding pool facility, loved the entire property. Will definitely be back again. Unit was well equipped, everything in great condition, and the communication was great from start to finish. On-site parking. Can’t say enough good things.

Thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The Lanai is perfect and our 11 year old enjoyed spending hours in the tide pools right out front of the property. Pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable and covered parking was a bonus since we had a downpour for the first two days. Would highly recommend for families or couples!!

I can't think of anything about this vacation rental that could have made it better - perfect location (on the beach and within walking distance to Kona Village) perfect size, beautifully decorated, lovely hot tub and pool and very friendly people. I'm sure it's the best vacation rental we've ever had.

Had a wonderful 6 night stay at Kona Coast. Had one small issue with the unit smelling a bit of mold, however, after speaking g to the management, they came out and cleaned out the air filter to the AC unit and the problem was resolved. Thank you for the quick action.

Amazing place!

We had an absolutely amazing vacation! The high light of our stay was the condo. Perfect location to all the shops and shopping down Alii drive, the sunset views….omg you can’t get any better at any other location! We were there over Christmas and New years and really enjoyed the location. Love that the Kona Reef is really chill and peaceful. By far just sitting on the gorgeous lanai and reading and watching the waves and relaxing was the high light of our trip! Don’t hesitate on this one!! We’re already looking at booking again next year!

Everything about the property is just as pictured. It was the perfect location. The view of the ocean is amazing. Close to restaurants and shopping, was able to walk and avoid parking hassles. I could have sat on the lanai forever! Everything was very nice. Bed was extremely comfortable.

Little Slice of Paradise

We had a wonderful stay! You cannot beat the location of the condo. We were right at the edge of the beach and walking distance to town. We hardly watched any TV with that spectacular lanai. Listening to the waves every night and morning was so relaxing. It rained quite a bit while we were there and it added to our enjoyment. Thank you so much!

Nicely updated unit very comfortable for 2 people. Terrific ocean and sunset views from the lanai. The title floors were quite dirty and required us to sweep and mop when we checked in. The beach chairs provided are in need of replacing as they are worn out.
