Gather together in our rustic and remote little house near Brevard, NC. Lot's of bed's and amenities included that are not included in many others. Our place is great launching point for waterfall hikes, fishing, hunting, hiking, biking etc... Don't expect the Beverly Hilton or Luxury Decor it's just a good ol' little country house that holds lot's of people if needed or just 2 fine. We have a 50 amp 240v RV and EV Charger. Can run both at once. Separate Pavillion area to park an RV/Camper etc

Inside, you’ll find plenty of maps and cycling gear to help you explore. This is an ideal spot for team camps or group retreats to experience everything this incredible area offers. You’re only a 25-30 minute drive from downtown Brevard for shopping, dining, and nightlife.

Strava users will love the numerous segments right outside the door to challenge themselves against world-class riders. You can roll straight up scenic Highway 215 from the cabin and reach the highest parts of the Blue Ridge Parkway near Devil’s Courthouse and Richland Balsam in no time. For cyclists, this climb is a true challenge and a bucket-list ride, 7 miles at an average 8% grade, making it one of the most epic ascents in the region.

Nestled in the foothills of Pisgah and Wayehutta Forest at the base of the Blue Ridge Parkway, this is where the legendary Epic 215 climb begins, a must for cyclists worldwide. Scenic routes abound here for road, mountain, and gravel biking, with incredibly low traffic. The property spans over 5 secluded acres with stunning mountain views. The house sleeps 12+ guests comfortably. There are 3 full bathrooms and 1 outdoor bath/shower for your convenience. Plus, we offer an RV/camper site with full hookups on the property, including water, electric, and waste disposal, perfect if your group wants to spread out and enjoy a bit more privacy. And for eco-conscious travelers, there’s also a private electric car charger on site for your convenience. (Please inquire about RV site availability.)

Not a cyclist? No worries! We’re also close to Shining Rock Wilderness and Black Balsam, with countless hiking trails to explore. The area is renowned as a fly fisherman’s paradise and is nearly at the heart of the Land of Waterfalls. The Davidson River MTB trails are about 4 miles away, mountain bikers will know what that means. Ride out from the cabin to Gloucester Gap, then onto favorites like Farlow, Daniel’s Ridge, and Butter Gap.

For those who enjoy shopping or cultural experiences, charming downtown Brevard and Waynesville are just a short drive away, offering unique boutiques, local art galleries, and great dining. And for quick necessities or last-minute items, there’s a local Walmart about 35 minutes away, making it easy to stock up during your stay. If you’re feeling lucky or want some lively entertainment, the nearby town of Cherokee, just over an hour’s drive, features a vibrant casino with a wide range of gaming options, live shows, and delicious restaurants, making it a perfect spot for a fun night out or a day of excitement.
