Beachfront, calm waters out back, high ceilings, and walking distance to Rincon's top restaurants along with beach bar fave, Villa Cofresi. Located several blocks off the main road and facing west, enjoy complete tranquility, light winds at your back, and the absolute best sunsets in all of Puerto Rico. Air-conditioned bedrooms, free WiFi, free-use laundry facility, and free off-street parking.

Some things are less photo-worthy and more, well, just practical. Book with confidence, knowing we're always improving. The main, ocean-fronting part of the property is split, up & down. This listing is for renting both of those units together. ★★★★ NOTE that, come mid-November 2023, there will be a third rental unit onsite, a 2-bedroom located on the east (roadside) part of the property. That new unit will not share in any of the amenities listed or shown here. Guests of all three units access the property - and their private entries - via a shared breezeway on the south side of the property. ★★★★
