Paul’s Cottage is Awesome!
We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Paul’s Cottage! The cottage was cute, cozy and immaculate. The bed was comfortable and everything we needed was right there. The location was ideal. The cottage is in the middle of so many cool places that we wanted to check out. We are hoping to return next summer. Highly recommend.
The cottage was perfect for us and our pup. Simple layout, with some antiques and artwork, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and relaxing. The kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare simple meals, including coffee maker, toaster oven and microwave. The area is quiet with friendly folks wherever we went. Walking distance to the harbor, general store (to pick up simple groceries, prepared sandwiches and a deli counter) bakery and a couple restaurants. The cottage is not far from Rockland and Owls Head, with plenty of beautiful spots to explore, hike and enjoy Maine. We enjoyed meeting our friendly host and would love to go back again some day.
We really enjoyed our stay at Paul's cottage. It's a beautiful space with lots of natural light and a comfy bed. We hope to return sometime and stay again.
We very much enjoyed this well-located and appointed cottage and appreciated the responsiveness of the owner to a request for grilling materials and the Guest Contact for her responsiveness. Two minor concerns: a stove with oven would have expanded our food prep options, and finding the address on GPS was impossible - only after calling her did Contact email a special map to show us how to get to the cottage.
What a lovely cottage! It met all our needs for a long weekend of exploring the area.

Wonderful Stay
A lovely studio cabin, appointed with all the necessities. It was a great base for us to explore the beauty of the rugged Maine mid coastal area. The neighborhood was quiet and the Tenant’s Harbor General Store is a 5 minute walk to meet a variety of needs.
Cute little private cottage close to everything! Just a few miles you can hop on the ferry and head to Mohegan Island a must see! Head in the opposite direction and head to Camden another beautiful spot! The covered porch was perfect for morning coffee and evening conversation and cocktails
Defiantly will return to Pauls Cottage!
Paul's Cottage was the perfect place to unwind. The cottage is delightfully appointed. The location is idyllic -- perfect Maine summer house -- and Tenants Harbor is a serene village. I hope to return to Paul's Cottage soon for some more blissful rest. Thank you!

Comfortable and private. Steps always from the water and charming local grocer.
Everything was as expected or better. Great directions made it easy to find. Place was well stocked, super clean, very comfortable. Neighborhood is great. And when I needed something, the property manager jumped to help at record speed. Will definitely go back. :-)
The cottage is tucked away in a safe beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance to water and dining. Found so many wonderful local things to do. Would return and recommend. Quiet & comfortable.
Nice, quaint property adjacent to a main residence. Nice location. Short walk to the Happy Clam - great atmosphere and food! One drawback was no TV despite being advertised. So head to the Clam!....

Cute cottage.
This was our first stay in a vacation rental and it did not disappoint. It had everything we needed and was in a quiet area. The bed was not my favorite as it was not firm at all and dipped in the middle.

Tenant’s Harbor stay
What a delightful cottage! The decor was perfectly light and airy. The cottage was just the right size for the two of us. It was a joy to return to the cottage after a day exploring the coast of Maine. The porch gave us the opportunity to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful evening.
Loved this cottage and the location. We also had glorious weather for October, so also took some nice walks in the area. One simple suggestion is a better map for locating the cottage. The one we received was a bit basic and it wasn't clear that parking is at the side of the property and accessed from a different street than the address given. All in all, a bright, sunny studio space that's nicely decorated.
My wife and I stayed in the cottage for five days, and would’ve stayed for five more, if we didn’t have to be somewhere else. Tenants Harbor is a charming, seaside village, nestled among several other charming, seaside villages. From the cottage, we walked to the bakery each morning for fresh pastries and coffee. At the general store we could buy sandwiches to take on the road for lunch or a pizza for supper, etc. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying at this property again.
Cottage in quiet neighborhood overlooking Tenants Harbor
Comfortable efficiency apartment in a standalone building on a side street overlooking the center of picturesque village and the harbor itself. Wide porch with Adirondack chairs. Comfortable queen bed, very restful. Well-equipped kitchen has what you need and is of the galley type: you’ll mostly be using the microwave and toaster ovens to heat and reheat your meals; coffeemaker on hand, and an under-counter fridge. Hose outside for washing off beach sand. Nearby: restaurants, galleries, hiking trails, and the attractions of Port Clyde.
My fiancé and I’s stay at Paul’s Cottage was absolutely wonderful! What a beautiful and picturesque cottage in Mid-coast Maine! This was our first time to Maine and what a fabulous trip it was!Everything was perfectly as described - a lovely kitchenette with a built-in mini-refrigerator, toaster oven, microwave, and hot plate with plenty of dishes and silverware. There is also a lovely heater/air conditioning unit which we used one night when it got a bit chilly; otherwise having the windows open on the warmer nights was perfect! The only con was that several of the outlets, including the outlets next to the bed were not working, and we had to get a bit creative with the outlets when cooking breakfast as to not overload the power strip in the kitchen as the outlets were not working in the kitchen either. However, that being said, this did not at all detract from the beauty of the cottage, the gorgeous vintage bathtub and sink in the bathroom which has been kept in exquisite shape, and the comfortable surroundings - along with a peaceful and picturesque atmosphere.
This is a lovely little cabin. Well equipped with kitchenette. Beautiful full grill on front porch makes up for no stove. Plenty of linens. No air conditioning however the powerful ceiling fans were sufficient.
Gps did not take us to correct address. Thank you Evolve for the directions.
One drawback for me. Bed was too squeaky and uncomfortable.

We loved everything about it except the shower. Being in our 70's we found that getting in and out of the shower was difficult. There is nothing to hold onto.
Unable to connect to WiFi, indicated it was out of range.

Okay for an overnight but not for a vacation
The property was clean . However, had I known there was no stove , I would never have booked thi place. I love to cook but missed out cooking my lobster Dinners, making my lobster stew or having steamers. I had to purchase an electric grill to cook fish. There was no room to hang any clothes and I dislike living out of a suitcase for a week. A charming place rouse for a day or two but not a week.i will not use for my next visit since I have been visiting the area for 40 years

Hi Audrey, we always appreciate hearing from our guests, but the homeowner would like to take a moment to clarify a few things raised in your review: - The listing clearly states that the property features a kitchenette, not a full kitchen -The photos clearly show the kitchenette setup without an oven, and the captions confirm that it's a kitchenette. - A barbecue grill is advertised as available for use on the front porch. - The cottage includes a spacious closet for hanging clothes, perfect for a multi-day stay.We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
