We are a senior couple who stayed for one month to explore London. The flat was ideally located for our purpose, comfortable and was exactly as advertised. It was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare simple meals. The host responded promptly to our queries and offered us a much appreciated complimentary cleaning and linen change mid stay. The immediate area has an abundance of restaurants and stores. We would stay here again when visiting London

It is a superb location for ease of travel. I could walk to Lancaster Gate station in four minutes ,where you have a choice to catch the central line. Directly out the front of the station there's buses to Oxford St orsouth London If like me you prefer to walk, you can walk through Hyde Park to so many places such as the museums. I loved my stay.

The location of the flat is perfect, close to all transport links! The flat was as described, but the bathroom was a bit small and the water pressure was very low. We had a lovely stay.

This was a great location. It was super convenient to Paddington station and other bus and underground routes. It was cozy for me and my wife and the bathroom, storage, and kitchen worked well for our needs while we were here. Jane was an excellent, responsive host. We didn’t need anything while we were there but whenever there was communication it was quick and direct. Thanks for hosting us on our first stay in London.

We had a wonderful stay in this London studio flat, even during an unexpected heat wave. The location was excellent—within easy walking distance or quick transit access to many of London’s top attractions, restaurants, shops, and everyday conveniences. The ability to open the windows made a big difference, and the fan provided welcome relief from the heat. The studio was comfortable, practical, and served as a great home base for exploring the city.If you’re looking for a well-located place with easy access to everything you want to see and do in London, this flat is a great choice.

With the exception of a good location, the flat was dirty upon arrival, dirty dishes, countertops, sinks, toilet and shower. Mold in closet, closet dirty, wet and unusable. Description of where to find key was completely covered with overgrowth. Pillows and mattress covered with urine and sweat stains. Hair on floors, very disappointing.

Thank you for taking time to review your stay. I regret to hear you had such a bad experience. My team tried our best to satisfy all your needs, cleaner came for the 2nd time, new pillows were provided as long as the partial refund. I hope that next time you choose a hotel that can keep to your standars and satisfy your expectations

London long weekend

While very basic, the property was in a great location. Convenient to buses and trains, and the neighborhood offered many pubs and restaurants. If you’re just looking for a place to sleep as you spend the day out and about, this place fits that bill.

Overall had a good experience. It was just what we needed and where we needed it, easy access to transportation. The apartment was clean, except for one tiny spider that we found on the bed, which to me isn't about cleanliness since spiders come from everywhere. Everything else was perfect.

Great for the price and convenient location

Property is exactly as it looks in pictures. We liked the big windows. Location was convenient!!! Loved being next to Hyde Park. Check in instructions were very clear. Bed was comfy. One downside is the apartment was not very noise proof. The door lock was a bit tricky as the door didn’t have a handle.

Walk through the gardens every day

The room was small and comfortable. It was a base from which we explored London for a month. The internet was fast and saw a good deal of use. We had everything we needed in that little flat. The location was quite good. Every day we would walk through Kensington gardens, take the nearby underground station to far flung parts of London, and enjoy ourselves.
