Great property! Better for just 4 people instead of 6. One person had to sleep on a pullout couch.

We would stay here again but only if it's 4 of us. Decorated very well and beds were comfortable. Great location

College Scouting Trip to Fayetteville

This spot was perfect for us, close to U of A and the Fayetteville town square. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops, everything was easy to get to!

Quick Trip

My son had a Razorback Baseball Camp and we needed a place close to the stadium. This was an excellent location that was perfect for the family. It was extremely clean and had a lovely welcome basket upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Stay

We really enjoyed our trip to Fayetteville to check out the University of Arkansas. This condo was really nice to stay in. Its location was perfect for us since it was so close to campus and downtown Fayetteville. The only downside to that was the traffic noise at night from being so close to a main street.

Overall, very nice. Convenient location and parking.

We enjoy our weekend stay. Quick walk to Dickson St. and good place to stay for game days. Unit was overall clean and well taken care of, however we did notice a few ants roaming around. Priced fairly when splitting with friends/family. Would consider staying again

Great home away from home

Perfect home for our weekend visiting our son attending U of A. Great location, exactly as represented, and lots of amenities and extras! We appreciated the donuts from Rick’s Bakery and the bottle of wine. We ordered pizza from Wood Stone right across the street and played Rummicube (provided). Thank you for providing such a great place to stay!

Valley Girls do Fayetteville

4 old ladies descended upon 374th Fifth for the weekend, we ventured to Junk Ranch in neighboring Prairie Grove, had cocktails & pizza at the Woodfire pizza place which was off the chain, mosied thru Dickson street, lots of shopping & wine tasting. The accommodations were wonderful, clean, comfortable and safe!

College visit

The property was exactly like the photos. It was very clean. The beds were quite comfortable with modern and new bedding. Towels were also nice and fluffy and fresh. They were stocked with snacks and a nice bottle of wine. Very comfortable and pleasant. Close to campus. Good location.

Great location for the Arkansas football game, able to walk to Dickenson street and stadium. Stay is perfect for 2 couples. Communication was great and condo was clean. Note there is no half bath downstairs. Also the pillows are not comfortable, they need softer pillows.

Multiple Night Stay

Everything that was advertised was correct. It is nicely located near a very connected trail for walking or bike. Also walking distance to some nice restaurants, bars, coffee. Owners provided a nice bottle of wine when we arrived. They took care of a rare minor mishap that was satisfactory in the solution. Everything worked(TV, internet, showers, laundry,etc.) I would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay but repairs needed.

The property was a great location for us and very clean and tidy. Amenities were also very good. Only issues were around a lack of maintenance, there were numerous things not operating correctly or in need of attention. Some of which were safety related.

Cute Condo near Downtown

The condo was very comfortable, clean, and cute! It is just a block off of Martin Luther King Blvd., so it is a bit noisy if you are a light sleeper. Arsega's right across the street was great for breakfast. Also wanted management to know that the lever on the ice/water is very sensitive. If you close the door firmly, the water or ice will start shooting out. Otherwise, it was a really nice condo.
