Not a far walk from the village, but a much quieter area. Enjoyed having restaurants next door as well.

We had a great time at our Snowshoe Mountain condominium. The location is great for skiing every run you could want. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed a nice fire everyday. The management was responsive and we would stay here again.

Location and property management company is great; bathrooms need update
Pros: 1) the ski in/ski out location is perfect. It's located right at the top of the powder monkey ski lift. 2) the property was clean, kitchen is fairly well stocked and there is a nice area to keep your skis 2) the property management company was terrific. the morning we left, our car had been snowed in. I made one phone call and within a few minutes a plow truck appeared to help us get out of the parking lot.
Cons 1) the bathrooms are very much in need of updating. the showers are old - especially the second shower. they are original and this complex is very dated. the windows are also original, and during the snowstorm, let in snow though the cracks. If you spend most of the day outside, this may not bother you one bit.

This was a great condo. We have been coming to Snowshoe for 8 years, and this was one of the best. The only issue was our door code was never programed, and we had to drive back down the mountain to get a new code to use. Overall great place and location was convenient to everything. Would like to come back next year,

We really enjoyed our stay at Whistlepunk. The location was a great ski in/out location. It's not too close to the Village and not too far away so you get the best of both worlds. Convenience and relaxing privacy. The place feels larger than the photos and has everything you would need.

Came here for a mountain bike trip with some friends and could not beat the location. Everything was clean and comfortable and we will definitely be coming back.
The beds were comfy, place was clean and proximity to lifts was good. Great place for us. Spices were a little scarce but that’s fine since place was top notch w regards to cleanliness and comfort. Will stay again.

When we arrived the room at 3 wasn't ready so the cleaning lady said there was a problem with the front door lock. She said they were going to change it that night or in the morning and that someone would contact us. We went to the office twice that day and no one was there. We went to call and our phones were not charged. even when they were we couldn't get a dial tone. We went to the office again and they were in a meeting. The condo had a great kitchen and was fully stocked. The condo said it sleeps 6 but we had 4 big boys and 2 didn't want to sleep in a double bed so one was on the couch. It was a great location and we loved Foxfire and the pizza place next door.

Cozy condo with close proximity to Snowshoe village
This is a clean and well maintained Snowshoe condo. We loved the wood burning fireplace and the overall size of the condo was perfect for the four of us. My two daughters had a great time with the bunk beds. You can walk to Pizza Slice and other restaurants, which was a nice benefit. Make sure you read instructions on the door to avoid getting locked out though. We had a fantastic time in this condo.

Right on the slopes! Hope to stay here again!
We headed to Snowshoe for a last minute ski holiday since a big storm was coming. The resort was walloped with fresh powder and Whistlepunk 11 was perfectly situated by the slopes and the new Appalachian Kitchen was a short walk from the property. The condo appears to have been updated in the last couple of years and has very nice bedrooms for a family of 2-8 (using the pull out sofa). There was firewood supplied and ready for a fire and the ante room was perfect for removing wet ski boots and storing skis. It did not bother us, but it appeared as if the tenant above may have let their tub overflow, due to some pretty severe staining on the ceiling of bathroom two. We found the condo to be clean and cozy so that did not concern us as it was just an aesthetic issue. For first time visitors to Snowshoe, the top of the resort is very, very windy! Come prepared to deal with that if you have ideas of casually strolling through the village with soft fluffy flakes gently falling as you dine or shop. The shuttle stop is very near the property so no need to brave the wind if you need to head to the village or slopes on the other side. In all, we hope to go back and certainly will rent Whistlepunk 11 again!

Great Place!
Stayed here with the family for four nights the week before Christmas and it was great. We’ve been coming to Snowshoe for many years now and have found this location to be our favorite so far. We will definitely look to stay here on future visits. Unloading the truck was a breeze because it is on the same level as the parking lot. Slope side access is directly behind the building and is true ski in ski out. The kitchen was well stocked and we found everything needed to make meals. Firewood was in the mud room and the fireplace kept us warm in the evenings. The bus stop is right across the parking lot at Western Territory and was extremely convenient for us. I can highly recommend this place to anyone, and definitely families with kids because of the three beds in one of the bedrooms.
