Featuring three bedrooms and three full baths, this wonderful villa is perfectly located on the first floor allowing easy access from the spacious screen porch to the 307 Yacht Harbor Boat Docks and Yacht Harbor Swimming Pool. Beach access is a breeze, with a five-minute bike ride (included in your visit if selected using beach gear credit) or cruise with a rental golf cart. With an updated kitchen, your family will want a 307 Yacht Harbor.

The interior of 307 Yacht Harbor is delightful and comfortable. The living room features carefully selected pieces that make it easy to relax after a great day on the beach or a day of fishing in the tidal creeks that surround Yacht Harbor along the intracoastal waterway. The kitchen has been renovated with new cabinetry, granite countertops and a new stainless-steel refrigerator, induction range with convection oven and dishwasher. A bonus feature of the kitchen is the coffee bar. You have your choice from a simple Keurig to a full drip coffee machine with grinder and special coffee beans provided. Finally, a full-size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room located off of the kitchen.

When it is time to retire, you are sure to relax in the master bedroom at 307 Yacht Harbor. Featuring a king bed and a selection of pillow types the master bedroom has a spacious private bath as well as direct access to the screen porch. A second master bedroom is highlighted with another king bed and private bath. Finally, a large guest bedroom features a queen bed plus a twin, making it perfect for a family with children or three couples traveling together to the Island. The guest bedroom also features a private bath.

- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Yacht Harbor pool is open May-September The pool is not heated. The community hot tub is closed until winter 2025.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Yacht Harbor pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
