Great location

The coral reef is a great place to stay. The condo could use some updating and they need to fix the cracked tile in the living room but overall i would recommend staying here

A Great Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. I was accompanied by my wife and her parents. Her mother told me multiple times that this trip was the most fun that they had had in a long time and that the accommodations were the icing on the cake. I hope to visit the area again in the fall and will definitely book this properly again.

The condo was spacious and very nice. From start to finish this was a great experience. The only issue I have is the amount of the cleaning fee when you’re required to clean the place yourself before you check out, and even that isn’t a huge deal. Would love to stay here every time I go to PCB.

Nice and clean, Kitchen is very understocked. Tile is broken in the middle of the living room floor and guest bedroom door lock was broken and a snag hazard for kids. Reached out to property manager as soon as we arrived, sent pictures and a list of issues multiple times. No response from the property manager

No stairs, easy beach access, quiet location.

This location is great! It is away from crowded, congested areas and walking distance to a delicious restaurant. Parking was always close to the door. Two elevators with no wait time. Nice community area to sit in the shade and look at the water. No stairs to climb. Great for the handicap or elderly. Quiet at night.

Roomy place

Was able to check in early. Felix was very responsive. Tons of room. Especially liked the 2 queen beds on the second bedroom. Floor was dirty. Master bath needs some bleach cleaning and repairs. Mold on tub water handle and in jets. No dish towels and not much to cook with can opener didn’t work.

Very Spacious!

This unit is very spacious with a beautiful view! The check in and check out process was very easy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was mostly well stocked; however, it could use a few baking sheets and sharp cutting knives. The unit could use some updated appliances as well. Upon arrival the unit was very tidy, but the floors were a little dirty the furniture was dusty. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was very responsive and communicated well with us about our stay.
