Luxury Condo Rental (shopping, restaurants, parks, beaches)

This is a new luxury complex located at the off Route 41 connected to Estero Community Park as well as across the from Koreshan State Park. The complex has two pools one indoor and outdoor as well as fitness center and beautiful outdoor common areas. Indoor garaged parking is also a perk. The host also offers two car rental options (SUV and/or Mustang) booked through separate website and can utilize the unit garage. The unit is accessible from the indoor garage via an elevator (no need for an umbrella!). You can walk/bike to the park or two the grocery store (Publix) as well as short bike ride to Coconut Point Shopping Center packed with restaurants. The closest beach is Bonita Beach (Barefoot Beach) or (my recommendation) book a day pass at the Hyatt Regency which has a private island getaway beach. Two bicycles are available for use. As of right now, the nightly rate takes in account discount for a monthly rental so no further discounts are available. 6 night, 7 days is the minimum rental period at this time. More and better photos will be posted of the rooms and 2 bathrooms. I love this unit because although a condo, it's extremely quiet as I have no neighbors in the side units and the windows are hurricane rated. The place will be deeply sanitized between stays. I'm new to Homeaway but a 5 star-rated former AirBnB host.
