This was a great vacation for my wife's side of the family. There was plenty of room for everyone and you never felt like you were on top of one another. The pool was great and a refreshing way to relax after a hot day at the beach. I would stay again.

Everything was perfect at this property. The pool was shaded in the afternoon and the kids spent many hours swimming. The beach access is just across the street and the provided beach wagons and umbrella were an unexpected but needed amenity. For future travelers they do provide beach towels, but be sure to get extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, dish and laundry soap with your first grocery order because you will need them. We enjoyed this house so much!

Great stay!

Beautiful property, very spacious and modern. Well laid out and lots of room. Everywhere needed was there. Pool area was spa like and wonderful. Close to downtown and beautiful ocean and beach views!

The Sabal Palms was a very welcomed stay for our family. We found the property to be absolutely beautiful for the 11 people who stayed there ages 4 months to 70. The description of amenities in the property from Vrbo did not do justice to what we actually found. Lots of beach toys, pool toys, kitchen utensils, games, books to satisfy everyone in our family. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The place was very nice. Clean and as described. The washing machine leaked a lot and didn't work properly but that wasn't a huge deal.

Mid lsland rental

The house was magnificent, we were able to spread out in the house and everyone had their own space. The location was perfect, across the street from the beach and a couple of blocks from the grocery store. We would totally rent this house again.

A great family vacation

What a beautiful piece of property. Conveniences beyond my expectations with plenty of space for the whole family. The pool and games were enjoyed every afternoon after a day at the beach. Due to open waterfront lots, you can see the beach from house. A pedestrian crosswalk is right in front of the house, so crossing the street with busy traffic was not a problem.Publix is conveniently located 3 blocks away. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great location

Our family of 16 stayed in the house for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, especially in the three areas where we congregated as a group (pool, kitchen, living room). The TV in the living room was huge which allowed for people to sit far away and still see. Access to the beach was close and easy. The grocery store and seafood restaurants were also a short drive. Everyone in our group would recommend this house.

The house is beautiful and very clean. The beach access was right across the street. Beach was nice but tons of seaweed on the shoreline and in the water. The area was nice but not a lot of places to go unless you have a car. Publix is about 4 blocks away, not a bad walk. The pool was fantastic and the hot tub was a plus! Plenty of chairs for the beach in the garage along with a wagon to transport them to the beach. The only umbrella was broken so we had to prop it up using the wagon. Communication with host was excellent and issues were taken care of promptly. One gripe- for the there was only 1 roll of paper towels for the week, other than that it was a house that I would recommend .

The bedrooms are totally misleading. King bed was not a king bed and a sad excuse for a second MBR and bath. Queen bed was not a queen. Though bath room was better than the 2nd MBR bath. Somehow the main MBR was absolutely insanely huge. All other rooms had to suffer while whoever got the main MBR had more space than they could possibly use.
