We have stayed at the Bel-Mar a few times now and always enjoy our stay. The location is terrific...close to everything. We also enjoy the amenities such as the balconies attached to each room and the fact that there are two bathrooms as well as 3 nice sized private bedrooms. The only issues we faced were the fact that the carpet needs a through cleaning, (or removed) and the internet for the tv was too slow to stream movies on Netflix, Disney or Dish Anywhere. In addition we could not access any local channels. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay and serves our purpose well.

Great Stay

What a great stay we had! We appreciated the ability to contact when necessary, the location was perfect and the unit was clean and suitable for a large family! You have great access to the beach, boardwalk, town on the other side of the bridge and yet you're removed enough to enjoy peace!

Location was fantastic. Condo great size- we had 5 adults and baby (no provisions for baby- so be prepared to bring pack and play as well as high chair). Everything was clean and well kept. The only negative was the mattresses were not comfortable in master and twin rooms.

Great trip

We had a great time in OC this year and it was a pleasure being back at the BelMare condo. It is so close to the beach, boardwalk and in walking distance to all our favorite dining spots. The condo is equipped with everything we need for the week and we enjoy sitting out on the balconies. We are looking forward to spending another week next year!

Vacation

The property is in a very good location. The property was clean and cozy. I love that everyone had there own private balcony. My only problem was that the smoke alarms went off for no reason and the property management was not on site and hard to get a hold of but other than that our stay was wonderful and I would definitely book here again.
