About this property

Welcome to the island! Leave your worries behind as you relax in this charming, 3 bedroom 2 bath vintage home, situated just across the street from the beach.

As you approach the house you will notice the large covered porch, adorned with enough seating that invites you to stay a while and share memorable moments with family and friends. When you enter the home a cozy living and dining room greets you. The kitchen, equipped with an economy size stove and dishwasher is positioned next the the dinning room. An exit door will lead you to the enclosed back porch. The porch wraps around to the side of the house and overlooks the backyard. From here, follow the pavers to the fire pit and tell stories of the present and the past as your evening comes to an end.

As you retire for the day, to the left of the living room is a hallway to the private spaces. The master bedroom with an ensuite bath, has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is a small space that has a twin size daybed and a trundle bed. Off the hallway is the 2nd bath with a tub/shower combination. This house sleeps up to 6 people.

Convenient Location; Small House

Enjoyed our first visit to Amelia. The house was close to the beach/ restaurants/ Publix; etc. but it is on the main drag which can be loud/ busy with traffic at night. The house was sufficient for just my wife and I but could see where it would be cramped for parties of more than 3 or 4 (tiny bathrooms). Definitely a "Vintage" home as the description indicates but well decorated for beach living mode. The kitchen is small and the fridge is too large for the space and will not open all the way. Some of the dishes were dirty and one of the cooking pans still had food stuck to it which was nasty. I expected a little more for the price but it worked for us since access to the beach was important. The rental company staff were excellent. All in all it was a good stay.

Fantastic stay!

This was our 2nd year staying at this house and it was once again, perfect:) check-in was a bit cumbersome - wrong door code on the check-in packet.

Beach cottage

I loved the cottage charm! We really enjoyed our time. Everything is near by the beach is right across. Stores are 5 minutes away. Places to visit were close too. We really enjoyed our time there.
