**INCLUDES LINEN AND BATH TOWEL HIRE, AND STANDARD DEPARTURE CLEANING**
**This property is self-catering, however an initial supply of coffee, hand wash, toilet paper and basic cleaning products is provided.**
XYZ offers everything you would desire in a contemporary Quindalup beachside escape. Just a stroll across the road to the shimmering sands and aquamarine waters of Geographe Bay, this elegantly casual 4 bed 2 bath home offers a superb opportunity to enjoy sublime summers and all the beauty of this magnificent marine playground.
Upstairs:
Ascend the timber staircase into the spacious upstairs main living area with high ceilings; floor to ceiling glass on the northern side to ensure a light filled space and summer breeze flow. The expansive living, dining room and kitchen will ensure fabulous family gatherings can be enjoyed all together. The balcony entertaining zone boasts built in BBQ with wok burner, privacy/weather screening blinds and is the perfect spot to recline, relax and enjoy the views over the bay.
The kitchen includes good size island bench, electric oven & stove, dishwasher, built in wine racks and Nespresso coffee machine.
Master bedroom with ensuite with shower and w/c, and bunk room with tri bunk (double on bottom, single on top).
Separate w/c.
Reverse cycle air conditioning in the living and master bedroom provides easy and efficient climate control.
Downstairs:
Guest bedroom with queen bed, BIR, and verandah access
Guest bedroom with 2 single beds and BIR
The main bathroom downstairs offers expansive vanity and oversized shower. Separate w/c.
Sitting room with TV.
Outdoor shower to rinse the salt and sand after a day at the beach.
