This well-appointed spacious home, with a touch of luxury, is located within a stunning native garden setting. It is the perfect place to have the quintessential beach holiday experience. Comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests, it is ideally suited to family gatherings. Where else could you go surfing, swimming, stand-up paddle boarding, snorkeling, canoeing, fishing, bush trekking, or play in a popular children s playground all less than a minutes walk from your front door. Superb panoramic views of Narrawallee Inlet, Conjola and Buckleys Beach can be seen from all living areas. A huge entertaining deck and a sunny fully enclosed grassed rear garden is the perfect place to enjoy a meal and hangout with the family while the BBQ sizzles away.

The double storey four bedroom/three bathroom house is very well appointed with quality furnishings throughout. A queen size sofa bed is also supplied. The house has every inclusion to make for a relaxing stay, including two separate living areas with large flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi, a newly renovated kitchen which is a dream for the chef on vacation with a Nespresso coffee machine, spa bath, fireplace, heaters in all bedrooms, ceiling fans, and inside and outside dining facilities. Ramp access is available at the rear of the house.

For those who cannot leave work or can work from home a dedicated working area is provided with Wifi, so long as you are not distracted by the mesmerising views!

Full linen service is provided, including quality linen, bath towels, and even beach towels. All beds are made up ready for your arrival. After an energetic day in the surf, relax on your leather lazy boy lounger, play a board game, choose a book, DVD or PlayStation game from the vast selection. For the young ones, a high chair and plenty of play items (toys, books, puzzles, DVDs) are provided.

Only a short drive to dine at some of the award-winning establishments, such as Rick Steins Bannisters and the Pavilion Rooftop Bar & Grill, Cupitts Winery, and Milton cafes. Enjoy a game of golf, barefoot bowls, ten pin bowling, or a hike to Pigeon House Mountain.
