Great family vacation spot

We stayed here with my parents and the grandchildren. Had a wonderful time with the family! Perfect spot near the water and having a pool made swim time with the kids easy.

Started the mornings with coffee on the deck looking over the water, and then a relaxing evening after fishing or golf.The Country Store up the road had the friendliest and helpful staff!I cannot tell you how happy my friends were that I chose this property for our gathering, great job!We would definitely return!!!

Great family vacation

The home was beautiful, the indoor pool was great Everything about the home was perfect for our family vacation (4generations). The only thing that was not enjoyable was the flooding caused by hurricane Debby but it did leave us with memories. . Eastern Shores is a great host and kept us informed

Loved our stay at Tranquil Waters in Tilghman

We really enjoyed our stay at Tranquil Waters in Tilghman. The house was perfect for our family gathering. The property was very clean with quiet surroundings. We spent a lot of time outside and loved the view from the back deck. The grandkids really enjoyed the indoor pool as well as boating on Harris Creek. A great time was had by all.

Beautiful views and property with room for improvement

We enjoyed a long weekend at this property. The location being right on the water made the views incredible. We unfortunately were there during a rainy weekend, but the indoor pool saved us for sure. The main living areas of this property are gorgeous (kitchen, multiple living rooms). The furniture in the living rooms though are low to the ground, which was a challenge for the age 65+ individuals in our group. The bedrooms were nice and beds were super comfortable. Three of the five showers were very small stall showers that definitely took away from the luxurious feel. The hot water also smelled like sulfur - it was the worst on the first day, potentially due to not having been run recently. One of the three thermostats wasn’t working properly. When set to Cool, only hot air came out. This controlled the temperature of 4 bedrooms, including the two on the third floor. I was in touch with the property manager about this, but there was no resolution to the issue during our stay. Thankfully it wasn’t a super hot summer weekend or it would have been unbearable. We got by with opening windows and using a fan - but with the rain and the fact that many windows do not have screens in them (or didn’t open) we were somewhat restricted. The indoor pool building was constantly wet and had a mildew smell. Our kids enjoyed being able to swim and the pool itself is nice, but the design of the building prevents water splashed out onto the floor to be swept anywhere - no drains.
