Wonderful home, so much to do as we gathered for a family Thanksgiving! Guy and Jane were super attentive, the home is well-appointed and comfortable in a great neighborhood. Easy access to so many outdoor activities in the greater Denver area!

This will be your new favorite house to rent

Wow. This house is a gem. The house is centrally located that allowed us to venture out for excursions each day, but found coming back to the house every day one of our favorite things to do. The pictures don’t do this rental house justice. We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the house, the cleanliness, all the activities/entertainment it offers and the overall comfort. The owners are very nice and great communicators. We would absolutely rent it again and recommend to anyone we know.

My husband and I were traveling with my Cousin and his wife. We chose this house for the amenities and its closeness to Red Rocks. We were close to restaurants, stores and everything one could think of. The owners have chickens and left us a dozen eggs and the fixings for egg mcmuffins in the fridge. They also left us wine. The house has so many things to do a family would be very happy here. I was extremely happy with this rental and will definitely book this again if I return to the area.

The house is wonderful. There was plenty of room to spread out, and it was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The backyard is huge with ample seating, and my daughter had so much fun getting fresh eggs from the chickens each day. The area was safe and seemed to have lots of families around with a school and park nearby. There was also a grocery store just a couple of blocks away and interstate access within a few minutes. Communication with the host was quick and easy. The one issue we had all week with a stuck door knob was taken care of fast and at a time that was convenient for us. We’ll definitely book again when we have to travel to the area!

Great location

We LOVED staying here! So close to Red Rocks which was our entire reason for coming to Colorado. Easy access to get to the mountains for some hiking. We would definitely stay here again.

Incredible find, awesome hospitality!

What a gem ! The large outdoor space was such a surprise! Our hosts were so kind and accommodating with special touches and quick responses. The s’mores ingredients they left us created a beautiful memory for my friends and I. Highly recommend !!!!

This is such a fun and unique house. My 9 yr old loved the urban garden and chickens right out the back door. Perfect location for anyone that is town for a Red Rocks concert! We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome place! Great owners!

Had a wonderful time at this place. Owners were very nice and stocked a bunch of items like a breakfast with fresh eggs from the chickens in the backyard. The backyard was very cool and huge with an urban farm. Lots of nice touches and amenities. Really felt like home amd the owners really cared about your stay to be the best!

Amazing Stay! 11 out of 10!!

To say we had a wonderful time is an understatement. We wanted for absolutely NOTHING!!! We had two 17 year old boys and we thought they would be bored silly, but they quickly found the 'man cave' and we could hear the foosball table getting plenty of use. The TV got a workout too. The back patio was serene and we loved sitting out there chatting and relaxing. Our 21 year old 'budding chef' was beyond happy to see the beautiful, well equipped kitchen and the gas range. He cooked us breakfast (with fresh eggs straight from the chickens) and dinner too. (of course only on vacation!) We loved how the home was decorated and made to feel both modern and homey. The attention to detail, the snacks, drinks and OH THOSE EGGS!! made us feel welcome. The record player and 100's of albums were a treat that the 'kids' and adults had a lot of fun playing and dancing to...amazing. Thank you for giving our family a home base that really felt like home. It was simply the most perfect place to rest, relax, laugh and love. To say I highly recommend is not covering the full breadth of how amazing this place is and how it is now part of our family memories. Thank you Guy & Jane.

Fantastic farm vibe modern oasis!

Such a wonderful place to stay and wonderful people to deal with. The place had everything. Foosball, guitars bicycles to ride, large back yard with fire pit. Everything you need to cook inside or grill outside. Plenary of room for our family of 6. Would definitely come back hee etc stay!
