Perfect vacation rental for families

This was the perfect home for our family of 4 adults, 3 kids and a dog. We loved the layout of the house. And the yard, pool and hot tub were incredible. We would definitely come back.

Perfect stay for small family vacation

We stayed for a long weekend with our baby and my brother-in-law and his two young kids. The weather was near perfect (a bit on the hot side) and we spent most of our time outside around the pool and the covered area. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. I would definitely stay again.

Palm Springs Getaway

We have stayed at a number of VRBO houses, and this was one of the best. Really no complaints or suggestions for improvements. It easily accommodated three generations of our family, and we made particularly good use of the pool and hot tub. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Palm Springs.

Great getaway

The house was just as listed. We enjoyed the pool and the layout of the house. There were some basic things that need to be redone but it did not have a negative effect on our stay. Would recommend to friends.

Perfect PS Experience

What an incredible place to stay for a vacation. The host thought of everything from board games, smart tvs, even welcome basket. The home was clean and the bedrooms were large spacious with their own bathrooms. The pool was amazing and we enjoyed several days/nights out on the patio. This place was close to pretty much everything we wanted to do. We highly recommend this property for your next stay.

Check in process was rocky. The door code was not changed. Actually it never was. We had to use our contact at Evolves code the entire time which was a pain because it was not familiar number. The pool was supposed to be heated. Paid for 5 days Heater not turned on until the second day. Lost 2 days of pool use

Hi Ann, we want our guests to feel completely at ease during their stay, so we’re sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. After sharing your feedback with the homeowner, they wanted to provide the following details:- We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you encountered. The door code was updated the morning of your check-in, and we received confirmation via email. We regret any confusion that was caused to you.- The pool heater was not turned on prior to your visit due to the website not showing a fee paid. However, once notified, it was activated immediately.Thank you for sharing your experience so we can ensure this property provides a smoother process for future guests. We’d love the chance to host you again and deliver the seamless vacation you deserve!

4 guys, golf outing and dinners

Property was very nice, clean and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub and firepit. Check in code did not work on the doors. Delayed access about 15 minutes. Access to downtown Palm Springs was a breeze. We requested an early check in and it was granted. We requested a late check out and no response was ever received from the property manager. We had various plumbing issues. The main bathroom toilet leaked water onto the floor and could only be stopped by turning the water off to the toilet. A handyman was called and said he fixed the issue but he did not. The toilet paper holder in the same bathroom fell off the wall. One of the other bathrooms had a very slow draining sink. We'd go back to the residence with assurances that the plumbing issues were resolved. No credit was offered as a result of plumbing issues. Thank goodness for 3 other bathrooms. Poor customer service from the property mgr. The property mgr said they were not feeling well and that was the reason for poor service. Delegate responsibility!! :(

Hi Mike, we're happy to hear you enjoyed the property, especially the pool, hot tub, and fire pit! The homeowner would like to address your concerns:- We apologize for the brief delay in accessing the property. Service outages can sometimes cause issues with the front door code, but we always work to resolve them as quickly as possible.- We were unaware that the plumbing issues were not fully resolved during your stay. We appreciate this feedback and will ensure everything is properly addressed.- While we do our best to accommodate early and late check-in requests, they are subject to availability. We apologize that you did not receive a response regarding your late check-out request.- Our property manager strives to assist guests promptly, but we appreciate your patience when unforeseen circumstances arise. We will review our communication process to improve responsiveness.Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.

Positives: Beautiful property! Lots of space to spread out! Upon arrival, we received a great snack basket with travel liquor bottles. Nice, easy touch! Communication with the host was easy and quick. Amenities were good. The kitchen was stocked with the essentials. It was nice that the driveway held two vehicles. The property is close to everything. Loved the pool! With the thick trees/shrubs around the pool, it does need to be skimmed out each morning. Lots of hummingbirds in the back.Negatives: Unfortunately, we came home one night to five cockroaches in one bathroom. Thankfully, it was our last night. The host said this is common when it’s so hot outside in Palm Springs. I hope that’s not common! Gross! The pillows could use a refresh. All in all, a nice property minus the cockroaches.
