We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at this location. Everything was very nice and well-stocked for longer stays. We would definitely come back and stay longer to explore the Grand Junction - Fruita area. The owners were very kind and helpful. We enjoyed talking with Dean!

Nicely maintained property, very clean and comfortable. Well stocked with plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. We enjoyed the private outdoor patio with grill. Host was great and quick to respond with any questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The VRBO was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. Everything was exactly as described, and the space had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay!
