No frills, spacious, 3 bedrooms with separate lounge and sun-room. Fully equipped kitchen. Masport Log burner. Short, flat walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, foreshore and ferry. New bathroom with mains water pressure. Heat pump and warm and cosy rooms, also with oil heating in each room. Cottage garden and grassed area.

Cute cottage

Well equipped kitchen and bedrooms were larger than expected. Great communication with owner. Short walk into town to visit the great Irish Pub! We went on a wine tasting tour that was fantastic! We enjoyed Picton very much !

Wifi didnt work.

Photos were not accurate to age and condition of property. Much older than expected however at last minute I was very grateful for accomodation. Whole house plenty if room and clean Very disappointed wifi didnt work. Wifi is really important when travelling. 2mins from car ferry which was excellent.
