Entire House - Welcome to 131 Spring Park Road. Centrally located in the Downtown/Brighton Area of Charlottetown is this 1.5 story, 3bdrm /1.5 bath with private yard and deck. On the main level is your kitchen with door to backyard, living room with heat pump+Ac, and 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and 1 full bathroom with bathtub. On the second floor is a spacious bedroom with queen bed and 1/2 bath followed by a sitting & desk area. In the lower level is your laundry washer and dryer and some games for the kids!

Cosy quaint clean home with amenities that made it a perfect hideaway from the two rainy days we had in Charlottetown. Central location on a quiet street, close to groceries and great thrift stores. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended!

This was a charming house in a lovely neighborhood. Beds were very comfortable. Broken blinds in one room and a window near the shower made some of us uneasy. Also, we were asked to remove shoes, but the bottom stairs are hard wood with only one bannister. Not a huge deal, but worth knowing about.

Good Location for PEI Visit

We enjoyed our time at this house and was a great location to explore the island. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy/quick access to multiple restaurants, shops, and downtown via a short drive or long walk. House was clean and in good condition. Beds and furniture are comfortable and no major concerns with anything. There were 5 of us which may be closer to the limit unless people are sharing the beds. Thanks

Highly recommend

The house was beautiful. Extremely clean. The kitchen had everything you could need, and the basement was an unexpected gem of toys for the kids. We were three adults and 2 kids (7 and 13) and needed something big enough for everyone to have room. Our 13 year old had the whole top floor to himself (bedroom and small bath), and thoroughly enjoyed having a space to retreat to. The back yard is nice, and the barbecue works well. It was only a 25 minute walk to the harbour, and that's with little legs in the group. Check in was seamless, and the host sent all the needed info ahead of time, and kept in touch over the Vrbo link. Would stay here again if I visiting Charlottetown.
