Two level condo with tile floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. Master bedroom with 3/4 bath, second bedroom with queen bed, twin bunks, small balcony, and full bath just outside door in the hall, located upstairs. Tiled balcony off living room, an extra twin bed under the staircase, dining area, kitchen and half bath downstairs. Flat panel TV in living room. A total of 1233 sq. feet. | | Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations. A10 | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). ----- ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking. Violations of these rules will result in immediate eviction with no refunds. Property Management provided by Catalina Island Vacation Rentals.

Everything was great. One of us brought a glass soda bottle into the pool area, not thinking, and the person who approached us was very hostile even though we were friendly and cooperative completely .

No ac, banging from the room above all night, trash and food left on balcony, one towel for the entire stay, not able to get ahold of anyone for assistance. Entire condo smelt like mold and cigarette smoke. Felt like 90 degrees at some points during the stay
