We absolutely loved this place! It’s modern, clean, spacious, beautiful! Loved the layout. We didn’t have the opportunity to enjoy the pool but it looked fabulous. We hope to book again when we return!

Beautiful townhome

Family weekend

We were in town to scatter our father’s ashes at Boca Chica beach. It was a perfect size home to accommodate all 12 of us! Great location and very nice home.

Family fun in South Padre Island

We really enjoyed our stay at Pearl Haven. The place was clean and well stocked. The downstairs living area was comfortable and the kitchen was very spacious. We had as many as 14 people eating at once and between the 8-person table and the bar we were all able to gather to eat. The private pool was nice and the house is well built.We would definitely stay here again!

Family gathering

We met with family and enjoyed swimming and grilling. The house was beautiful, exactly as in the photos. Plenty of room for all of us! Everyone loved the condo! We will definitely be back!

South Padre Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Upon arrival, we were even more impressed with the property. The property was modern and had all of the amenities that we needed. The interior design was wonderful and we appreciated the living area, kitchen and bedroom on the lower level. The private pool area was also a plus. We will definitely look to rebook this property for future stays.

Great long weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time here and were surprised at how the place was even better than the pictures showed! We loved the large kitchen and outside grill for group meals, and the pool was super nice after a hot day. You can walk to the beach in about 15 min or drive for a few minutes; both were convenient. H-E-B was across the bridge for a 15 min drive, and everything (including gift shops) felt very conveniently close! Suzanne was very easy to reach and very flexible with our requests–we would recommend this place to anyone!

The perfect beach house!

We went to SPI to celebrate my grandmother's birthday (#85) and it was fantastic because the house has 4 rooms and one of them is downstairs. (This it's perfect for my grand parents)Any place of the house is very clean, the kitchen is totaly equipped and the beds are so comfy.We enjoy the pool and all the toys to play in it.Also, you can parking 4 cars infront of the house.We really love this house and definitely we will go back!
